Good morning Mr. Morales,
It is disturbing to receive the below email regarding your circumstances. I am currently in Human Resources at the Hampton Virginia Medical Center and am unsure if this has reached me incorrectly.
Please advise if you are still in need of assistance?

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Radical discrimination and malpractice
Hi, my name is Joe D. Morales, 3881
I'm from Oxnard CA 93030.
Admitted; March 3 2023, heroin and meth user. I was admitted to the West Los Angeles Domiciliary, bldg217, room 212-1.
Problem; roommate bed 2, would defacate on himself daily, he would leave feces on the room floor and in the shower, his name Benson Cantrell, he has no service connection and has apartment outside the VA, mind you there are several veterans like myself with 100% in the streets homeless, because people like him are abusing the system.
My story is about social and racial prejudice towards me because I'm not black, I am Latino. I asked this team 6A team which all these individuals, nurses and staff were aware of this defacting problem
I asked for a room change the other room mate is on the same page as Mr. Cantrell, his name is James Jaus, they both have apartments outside the VA Domiciliary.
I now know why they are there if you do not have a service connection you can stay in treatment as long it is associated with PTSD, or alcohol or drug addiction and get awarded CFR29, additional $800 free for the asking, fraud , waste and abuse.
So I asked to be moved ; the following knew and allowed me to be exposed to biohazard
sacbes and bedbugs.
Dr. Spezee, Dr. Wright, Mr Carter, therapist and black, Ms Linger, Ms Vanessa Goiut
They knew and understand the nature of feces biohazard exposure, allowed it and gave two choices , 1. Stay were I was and stop complaining, 2. Go to tazanna treatment center, for people that have been institutiolized, and are criminal.
The room 211 was available for two weeks
The 3rd floor of 214 was open with 30 beds available, but they would rather have me relapse and go back into the streets of homelessness. That was there solution. I feel if I was black they would have moved me because the West Los Angeles is the majority. They elected for me to leave a100% veteran over a black non service connection 2 things are going to happen
1. Your going to assist me in getting back into the program because I didn't finish CPT/PTSD TRAUMA, and ANGER MGMT.
Oh 2. There will be the biggest scandal of protecting blacks over other racist and malpractice lawsuit.
Thank you
Joe D Morales
