West Michigan Cavaliers review: Refund

Back in October 2013, I put down a $200 deposit to purcahse a Tri Color Cavalier puppy from West Michigan Cavaliers. Then in November 2013 I paid the additional $1800 to have the tri color Cavalier puppy paid in full.

I was living in Iowa when I paid this breeder. She gave me full breeding rights. When she learned I recently moved to Michigan temporary for medical issues. she emailed me and told me she will not sell me a Cavalier puppy and would refund my $2, 0000 all because I moved to MI. This was 3 weeks ago she emailed and today is February 20, 2014. I requested the breeder send the refund to my Iowa address 3 weeks ago. When my CPA told me it hadn't showed up after a week, I emailed this woman and asked her where my refund was. She replied to and told me she was out of town. For 2 days! I then told her to send the check to my MI address since she failed to mail it out the 1st time. It hasn't come yet. Emailed her again this morning and she tells me she sent it to the Iowa address. Obviously, you can't take this breeder at her word! Beware! She also don't believe in OFA Health testing for the hips/shoulders and patella! After my horrible experience with her, I dont' recommend anyone buying from me. All because I'm in MI temporary. I told her I'm NO competition to her since my sales are all out of state since I will deliver my puppies!
