Good day

I made a learner application for grade 8 last year in time (March).

His applications at the Schools was unsuccessful. The process was to make an appeal to the schools which I did. The school did not come back to us.

I went to education department twice and they kept on saying the will come back to us in 10 days. I emailed them called them but no response. I have the emails trails yet no one is coming back just to say we are in progress with you query. Customer satisfaction for them is 0%. This is not the first it happened to me because my last born struggled to get to grade 1. The system is a complete failure because the principals at schools said its not them that accept the children its education dept. On the other hand the department says its the schools. That is also flaw just like the submission process.

I would like to get help on this matter because we cant a child sitting at home and be the victim of crime and drugs. This matter is definitely out of hand and I can see if I don't escalate here my child would suffer.

Last note, my brother also escalated to the directors on a different email but nobody responded
