Westlake Portfolio Management review: Auto loan

My auto loan has recently been taken over by Westlake Portfolio Management in Feb. 2023. Since then I have been having trouble just paying my car payment.

I have tried to contact the company several Times , the last being this morning and was on hold for over 45 mins with no answer.

I set up auto withdrawl back in march and sometimes it comes out and some times it doesnt. Then I get a letter about my car being repod.

I am at a loss as to what to do but file a complaint so others dont use this company.I have sent an email to their complaint dept this morning.

If this is how they handle auto loans after a take over I can only imagine what they do with a persons portfolio.
