WhatsApp Business review: Appeal to lift ban on whatsapp number

Dear WhatsApp Support Team,

We are Lapis, a media, education and communication company operating in Afghanistan. Our show, Senf, provides science-focused education lessons for students from grade 7 to 12 across the country. As part of our efforts to reach out to students, we have been using multiple channels, including WhatsApp Business with the number +93 [protected].

Unfortunately, our WhatsApp number has been banned, disconnecting us from thousands of users and hindering our ability to engage with our audience. We kindly request the lifting of the ban on our WhatsApp number or guidance on how to resume communication.

We greatly appreciate WhatsApp's role in enabling us to provide educational content, especially to girls who face barriers to education beyond grade 6. It plays a crucial role in our mission to enhance media education and communication in Afghanistan.
