Whispering Oaks Apartments review: I want my daughter and I to get an apartment

Yes, Back in March or April of this year 2022 I filled out an application for a 2-bedroom apartment for my daughter and I , and then the first week of October the manager contacted me through e-mail and asked if I could come in that week to do my background check and bring a money order or a check in the amount of $12.95 for the background check, so I e-mailed her back and told her that I would be there on the morning of October 3rd, 2022 , and so I went filled out paperwork and handed the manager the money order for the background check then she told me the background check would come back in a few days and they would mail the letter to me, well it's the 26th of October,2022 now and I haven't heard anything or got a letter in the mail...
