My son lives in an apartment complex and has lived in the apartment since mid-September. First week he arrived he requested the install or cable and ethernet for himself and his 3 roommates. It is now beginning of December, and it is still not done.

Frist, they said they had the wrong apartment number which if they called the number on the work order they would talk to someone to confirm since they were at the complex. That went in on for over a month.

Then they finally came out to install the modem it was after 2:00pm west coast time so when they called back east no one was around to help connect it. That happened twice.

For over the past week I am submitting a request thru the website and I am calling everyday to get an updated time on when they plan on fixing it. I get no phone call or email back. All they keep telling me is they updated or elevated the ticket status. I feel for the customer service rep but I am so tired of not getting a response back on when this will get fixed.

I feel that over two months is long enough for them to get this taken care of. And no response back is very frustrating.

Desired outcome: I want my son's and his roommates cable to be installed and ethernet to be hooked up ASAP. I would like a response back NOW on when this will be taken care of.
