William Casey Plastic Surgeon review: Creepy Doctor

I found Dr. Casey to be extremely juvenile and inappropriate. It felt like he was looking right through me and up and down. I did not want to stay but I went through with his examination (breast lift) anyways. Regret it so much. He must have quite the black book because he is all about him and after i asked around about him he has quite the reputation in the community. Player.
