Winterwood review: albany Manor apartments complex

the winter wood and the landlord Tuesday Gibson Davis does not do there job and fix these apartments up that people are living in .they say they are going to but never get anything done or tell tenants if anything goes wrong you'll have to wait months after to get anything fixed or you gave to buy things out of your own pocket to have it fixed because they say the government don't pay them enough to fix things around here that needs to be done .bathtubs are falling through the floors.cabinets falling in and/or breaking apart,mold in apartments,carpet needs to be replaced due to not being changed for years ,trash piles up sometimes for weeks before it gets picked up .landlord standing around and spying on tenants instead of doing her job,righting tenants up for no reason.charging tenants for windows and toilets and carpet and ext.that the tenant or guests did not destroy.anything that needs to be fixed due to emergency or health hazard does not get fixed.these apartments needs to be condemned or tore down and rebuilt .the rules here is if the tenants dont fix things there self or pay to have it done then you'll get a write up for living in the condition of be evicted after so many write ups even though the tenants made the reports of the things that needs to be fixed or replaced or is a emergency .bathtubs are sinking through the floor and times coming up around then and you can see the bathtubs where they are about to fall through the floor anytime and nothing has been done .that's a lawsuit if someone gets killed or hurt .the carpets are nasty and wore out and tore and bubbled up causing tenants to trip and fall and stay sick alot .there's mold in the cabinets and holes that hasn't been fixed and wood bugs also carpet beetles and bedbugs and roaches in almost every apartment .they are spreading bad .there's a lot that needs to be done in every apartment that tenants live in now that will never get fixed and has been in the same shape since before winter wood took over .why say the apartments is gonna be fixed and not fix anything and make tenants live in this condition .why charge tenants when the government is suppose to fix things here.
