Unreliable Reservation System: SpareFoot Failed to Deliver on Confirmed Unit
So, I was looking for a place to store my stuff and I found SpareFoot. I went on their website and reserved a unit. They gave me a confirmation number and I was all set to move in. But when I got to the facility, they didn't have any units the size I wanted. It was so frustrating because I had already lost out on another unit because I thought I had one reserved with SpareFoot. I wouldn't recommend using this company because they don't seem to have their act together.
SpareFoot: A Total Scam Promoting Unsafe Storage Facilities
SpareFoot ain't worth a dime. They just promote crappy storage facilities that ain't safe for your stuff. They don't care about you or your belongings, all they care about is making money. And they don't even let you leave honest reviews! They block 'em all so you can't warn others about the bad places they're promoting. SpareFoot is a total scam, and they're putting people's stuff in danger. Don't trust 'em, they're bad news.
Unprofessional behavior and lack of onsite office: My experience with SpareFoot storage shed
So, I was looking for a storage shed and came across SpareFoot. At first, I was a bit hesitant because they don't have an office on or offsite. But, I decided to give it a try and contacted them. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with wasn't very helpful. When I expressed my concerns, he told me that I would be a bad tenant and that he wouldn't want me as a customer. I was shocked by his response and felt like he was being very rude.
To make matters worse, the storage shed only accepts cards and no cash. This was a bit inconvenient for me, but I decided to go ahead and book a unit anyway. However, I soon realized that all problems are supposedly solved by phone and email, which made me a bit nervous.
Despite my reservations, I went ahead and used my credit card to book the unit. But, I couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't right. The way the person I spoke with acted was very unprofessional and made me wonder if this was some sort of scam.
Overall, I'm not sure if I would recommend SpareFoot to others. While the process was relatively easy, the lack of an onsite office and the unprofessional behavior of the person I spoke with left a bad taste in my mouth. If you're looking for a storage shed, I would suggest doing your research and finding a company that has a more professional and customer-friendly approach.
SpareFoot: Unreliable and Dishonest - Don't Use Them!
So, we used SpareFoot for a bit, but then we didn't need them no more. We told them we didn't need them no more, but they still got our name up on their site. And when people call asking about us, they send them to our competition! We done sent them a bunch of letters telling them to stop, but they ain't listening. Don't use these guys, they're a bunch of liars and crooks.
Unreliable Reservation System: My Experience with SpareFoot
So, I gotta tell ya, I had a bit of a rough go with SpareFoot. I used their service through selfstorage.com to make a reservation, but when I got to the facility, they didn't honor it! Can you believe that? I was stuck with a whole truckload of stuff that needed to be stored, and no place to put it. It was a real pickle, let me tell ya.
I mean, what's the point of making a reservation if it's not gonna be honored, right? It's like they're just playing games with us customers. And to top it off, they kept sending me confirmation emails saying everything was all set. Talk about false hope!
Honestly, I think they need to shape up or ship out. If they're just gonna mislead people and cause them all sorts of trouble, then they shouldn't be in business at all. It's not fair to us consumers who are just trying to find a reliable storage solution.
So, if you're thinking about using SpareFoot, I'd say proceed with caution. Maybe try calling the facility directly to confirm your reservation before you show up with a truck full of stuff. It might save you a lot of hassle in the long run.
SpareFoot Review: Don't Waste Your Time - They Only Take Vehicles 10 Years or Younger
SpareFoot, oh boy, where do I even start? Let me tell you, I had a real doozy of an experience with these folks. I was looking for a place to store my boat and jet skis, and I stumbled upon their website. At first glance, everything seemed hunky-dory. They had all the bells and whistles, and I thought to myself, "This is it! This is the place for me!"
So, I went ahead and made a reservation. I was feeling pretty good about myself, thinking I had made a smart decision. But, boy, was I wrong. I traveled all the way to their location in $#*!ingson Tx., and that's when things started to go south.
They told me that they only take vehicles, boats, jet skis, etc. that are 10 years old or less. Can you believe that? My boat and skis are 12 to 14 years old. I was livid. I wasted a couple of hours of my valuable time, and for what? To be told that my stuff wasn't good enough for them?
I mean, come on, SpareFoot. Be upfront, candid, and honest in your storage rental stipulations in your advertisements. Don't waste people's time like that. It's just not cool.
I was so frustrated and angry that I couldn't help but let out a few choice words. Grrrrrrrrr. :( :(. .%#*#%&*?@$
All in all, SpareFoot left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They're a bunch of jerks!
Disappointing Experience with SpareFoot: Poor Customer Service and Limited Availability
My experience with SpareFoot was not the best. I went online to make a reservation for a storage unit, but unfortunately, the storage unit and rate that I was looking for were not available. I understand that mistakes happen, but it was still frustrating.
The worst part of my experience was dealing with customer service. The agent I spoke with, Justin, seemed to be reading off a script and was not helpful in rectifying the situation or honoring the rate that was originally advertised. He was argumentative and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating.
However, when I spoke directly with the storage unit company, I found the experience to be much more productive and helpful. I'm not sure what SpareFoot gets from their service other than selling personal information, but I would recommend skipping this service and going directly to the storage companies to make your booking.
Overall, my experience with SpareFoot was not great. While mistakes happen, the customer service experience was not helpful and left me feeling frustrated. If you're looking for a storage unit, I would recommend going directly to the storage companies to avoid any potential issues.
Mixed Experience with SpareFoot: Helpful but Misleading Information
I gotta say, when I first used SpareFoot, I was pretty impressed. The lady who helped me out was super nice and seemed like she knew what she was talking about. But then, things started to get a little weird. I got a call from the manager at the storage facility I was planning to use, and he told me that my reservation was a little unusual. Apparently, according to SpareFoot, I could hold the unit for free for as long as I needed, and I could go in to sign the paperwork and pay whenever I wanted. But the manager told me that they usually don't hold units for that long.
After a pretty confusing conversation, we decided that I would just go in and sign the paperwork on the same day anyway, just to clear up some of the confusion. But when I got there, things got even weirder. They told me that almost none of the information I had been given by SpareFoot was correct, and that I could only sign the paperwork and pay if I was starting my rent that day. I mean, come on! If SpareFoot had given me the right information in the first place, I could have avoided a lot of confusion and stress.
Now, I'm not saying that SpareFoot is completely useless. It can definitely be helpful if you're trying to find a place to store your stuff. But if you want to save yourself some time and frustration, I would definitely recommend calling the storage company directly to get all the information you need. That way, you can be sure that you're getting the right information, and you won't have to deal with any surprises when you actually go to sign the paperwork.
Sparefoot Review: Don't Waste Your Time or Money on This Storage Website
This website ain't no good, let me tell ya. I tried to find a storage locker in my area and got taken for a ride by THREE different places. Sparefoot ain't no help either. They just point the finger at the facility and the facility points the finger right back at them. And don't even try to talk to a manager at Sparefoot, cause you ain't gonna get one. Their customer support is all offshore and they can barely speak English. They'll tell you there's a unit of a certain size for a certain price, but when you show up to claim it, they'll say they don't have it or try to sell you something you don't need. Sparefoot won't do nothing about it either. Don't waste your time or mess up your move by depending on this website. The discounts they claim to offer ain't worth the trouble of reserving a unit you'll never get. I booked a 5 x 10 unit and when I showed up, they had a 10 x 5 which ain't the same thing at all. Then I booked another one and they said it was already rented even though Sparefoot let me reserve it online. Stay away from these people, trust me.
Sparefoot Review: A Website Made by Self Storage Industry Insiders to Cover Up Bad Reviews
Sparefoot is a website that was made by people who work in the self storage industry. They made it because they wanted to find a way to get around bad reviews on other websites. It seems like lots of people are tired of getting tricked by storage companies. They say that the prices are one thing, but then they change them later. They also say that the contracts are not real, and that the companies are mean and dishonest.
Imagine if there were a bunch of restaurants on a street, and they all decided to serve bad food to their customers. People would be really mad! They would go on Yelp and write bad reviews, and the restaurants would have to change their ways. But what if the restaurant owners made their own website, where they could write good reviews about themselves? That would not be fair!
Sparefoot is like that. It is a website made by people who work in the self storage industry. They do bad things to their customers, but they want to make it seem like they are good. It is not right!
It is not fair that they were allowed to make this website. It is not fair to the people who use self storage. They deserve to know the truth about the companies they are giving their money to. Sparefoot is not a good website, and people should not use it.

Terrible experience with SpareFoot - unprofessional customer service and accusations of no reservation
So, I tried using SpareFoot to reserve a storage unit and it was a total disaster. The guy I talked to, LEO, was not very professional at all. He had a bit of an attitude and was not very helpful. He even accused me of not making a reservation when I clearly did. It was frustrating to deal with him and I would not recommend using their services. SpareFoot seems like a big scam to me.
