WinZip.com review: Purchase of winzip systems utilities suite 2

Some weeks ago, I purchased WinZip Malware Protector believing it would benefit my computer. Unfortunately, since then, despite many attempts, I have been unable to activate the program even with the aid of WinZip support staff. In one attempt I was directed by WinZip staff to a website that was implied to be part of the activation process. In what I thought was part of this process I must have mistakenly clicked on a purchase of WinZip System Utilities Suite. (It seems in respect that this website was set up more to sell WinZip products than to activate my Malware Protection program.)

As pointed out above, this was an error resulting from being directed to what appears to be an inappropriate website. The cost was $111.88 (on 20 Sept, 2022) and I requested many times to WinZip to have this amount refunded. Also, I believe that most companies provide a 30 day trial period for this type of product.

Note that my account can be supported by the many e-mails between the WinZip support team and myself. At no time could I contact the company by telephone, the number of which I have never been able to find.

I have requested cancellation of my WinZip subscriptions, but I still wish to have a refund of $111.88 for the inadvertently purchased Systems Utilities program plus any renewal subscription for the Malware Protector which, as mentioned above, could not be activated.
