wolczanka.pl review: Dress shirts

I recently bought 17 dress shirts from Wolczanka in Poland. (https://wolczanka.pl)

After the first low-temperature wash, the sleeves are too short.

When I asked repeatedly to buy some additional cloth to fix the issue myself. I received the acknowledgment that by request had been received, but then never got a reply.

I have written and inquired personally in their brand stores.

Cloth and tailoring are made entirely in Poland. Likewise, I live in Poland. Wolczanka can very easily comply. This is dismal customer service.
