Woman Within / Synchrony Bank review: A cleared account with 0.00 balance

In July 2022-I ordered some clothing from the web site - woman within ;like I had done many times before. When they arrived every item was way too large even though I had ordered the same size as I always do. They have free returns so I packaged it all up and sent it back. There were a couple items that arrived later in July but they were too large also. I just returned them also. I got a letter stating I had over paid 10.88. I didn't do anything because I was waiting for my statement with a 0.00 balance to arrive before I could reorder. They started sending me bills with late fees and interest amounts, so I started calling Comenity and woman within. I was given the run around. I now have a balance of 146.78. I just called woman within again and was told I had to pay it because they didn't credit my account with my returns. I told her I owe nothing and that I was going to call BBB. She said she would note that on my account.
