Woodsprings South Hotel review: Staff here is rude and prejudice because certain people are treated differently and have special treatment

Made reservation over phone for $418 for 7 days we get to the hotel and I was advised if we wanted housekeeping I would have to pay almost $11 more and they only give 1 role of toilet paper per room and if u do t ask for another roll before 5 u have to wait till the next day and the manager let's certain people stay here even though they don't have enough money to pay for the room and they pay what they can and pay the rest in payments which is not fair there has been 2 times when we are going out you get a very strong smell marijuana and the people who work here don't do anything about it
