I did in fact find the missing material, so I wish to withdraw the complaint.
I sadly was treated with disrespect, anger and a hang up call, calling me a thief, and not a Christian. These are words, No Chrsistian should utter. I ask forgiveness for my error concerning material, and I will call to appologize for my error, but I am expecting to be treated unkindly again, and I dread the call, but it is my duty.
I beleive the gentleman, ED has true anger issues, and I should pray for his peace. My mistake, and I will ask his forgiveness. Barbara

Sadly this ladies comments are not accurate. From the beginning of the call she was angry and kept saying we did not send what she applied for. We calmly tried to get her to go through the material she received to see if she was overlooking things. Unfortunately she just got angrier and flustered and would not allow us to ask questions to resolve the issue. She was absolutely not called any names and we did not say she was not a Christian. She was treated fairly considering she was so emotional and not allowing us to work out the issue. After she began yelling at us and not working with us to resolve her problem, we explained we had to terminate the call unless she could calm down and work with us. She did not, and the call was terminated. We later found out by E-Mail she found her material.
