www.bransonshows.com review: The tickets didn't have information about seats or the time

I called to www.bransonshows.com and asked if they still had the tickets for the concert. The lady assured me that they had and advised me to purchase them through the phone. I booked the tickets and paid through the phone as well. Next day I got the email that I needed to come to their theatre and pick up the tickets. I arrived and they gave me the voucher and there weren’t seats or any details about the concert. I asked for the refund, but the lady tried to assure me that these tickets were ok. I didn’t think so.
