www.dealbyethan.com review: Seller didn't know what sizes and items he has in stock

I placed the order on the website www.dealbyethan.com. When I placed it, the pants and the size were in stock. I indicated my card information and they charged almost immediately. After that they sent me one email, where they informed me that the size was out of stock. 3 days later another email, where they told me that the order has been backordered and it would take 4 weeks. After this moment I heard nothing from this person.
