i purchased a ghd straightner from this web site and when it was delivery 7 days later i tried to register it on line and then called and was told that these where fake immatations. i have emailed them 7 times to get my money back i got one reply saying they have to speak to the shift worker in which case it has nothing to do with him whether this company sells fake products. i am waiting to get a reply and my money back.This should not be allowed to happen. so anyone who wants ghd irons get on their website of ghd authorized web sites there is a list of websites that ARE SAFE. good luck!

Oh my god, i have also just bought from Ghd outlet.com, this was two weeks ago and i still havent received them, and now ive just read everyones comments that they are fake! Right on the phone to my bank, they can chase the money for me...!

them 5 days later got them in december and there still in good working order
maybe they are fake but wat do u expect for the price your paying for them
the staff were also friendly via email defently be ordering more in the future.

look fantastic and ghd outlet are the same thing i went to register and it said i was registered which i am not then i thought id try my ghd outlet name/pw and voila it worked weir much?

www.ghdsale-uk.com is a major fake. Bought some ghd's from there, and yes everything looked legit but when you go to register the product, theres nothing there.
Any ghd below £50 is a fake. And they won't refund your money as well.

I brought a package ghd straightner and hairdryer lasted 1 week and when i asked for a refund or replacement they said fine post it back to us at MY cost i said no you send me a new one didn't happen so after months of emails back and forward i through the stupid thing in the bin. now less than 12 months later my straightner has now died also i tried to email them but they said i have the wrong site how convient i tell as many people i can to warn them do not buy from these guys pay the money and get the real thing sometimes you just have to.

i bought pair of these ghds for my daughter in 2009. smoke started to come out of them and i returned them to ghd on september 2010. they have now informed me they are counterfeit and to claim back of my credit card.credit card said it is to late to claim these back. ghd have now disposed of the counterfeit ones and offered to sell me a genuine pair.
I have been sucked in too, another website ghdhair-iv.com looks identical to genuine ghd website. I realized as soon as I'd ordered that something wasn't right. I emailed immediately to cancel order, got email in broken English saying item had been shipped and don't worry full guarantee, no answer to my "fake" enquiries. I received straighteners, yes I ordered 2. The hologram code was the same on both unit. I emailed again, saying I want to return and get refund I did not want fakes. Response was that they were not fake as the came out of the same factory. I reiterated I did not want fakes, another response, don't worry 2 year warranty any problem will replace, again I stressed I did not want them, another response telling me she would lose her job, offered me $50 as gift and to try straighteners. I stuck to my line that I did not want the fakes and wanted refund, after 10 days and 20 emails they are no longer responding. My stupidity, I will try my credit card company as it is illegal to misrepresent goods and sell counterfeits. Frustrating as I just wanted to buy for gift for my daughter and a set for myself, now I am stuck with the fakes and nor going to risk using them.
I bought 2 one only worked once i tried to get a replacement from ghd outlet they want me to get it repaired and they will pay half of the bill. I threw it in the bin what a waste of $112.00 au . I think we need to tell as many people as we can not to buy from these sort of web sites only by spreading the word can we save others and hurt their company.
I purchased a ghd straightener, thinking i was getting from aus, only to find out it came from china. when it turned up it was smashed, beyond repair., when i emailed the supplier & told them, they requested pictures, i sent 6 pictures of the damaged goods, & have sent countless emails, requesting a new device or a refund. they wanted me to take it to a repairer, the outer case was cracked & the heating plates were hanging out the side & a couple of the wires weren't even attached. this happened in july last year & i am still waiting. I should have known better.

I purchaced a GHD from www.ghdsalesaustraliacheap.com almost 2 weeks ago. I was ment to recieve a comfirmation email after my purchase and never recieved one. My order is still sitting as processing even though on the site they said it will be shipped out within 2 business days. I have tried to contact them but all they have is email customer service. I emailed them 5 times without a single response back. They are scamers they take your money and give you nothing in return. Is there a ligitamate website for cheaper GHD's other than the official site or are they all fakes and scamers?

I just bought ghd from www.ghdshairstraighteneroutlet.net and it arrives earlier. I thought it was from Australia but it was from china! Then i unboxed it i could already tell its fake! The hair blower is broken and when i registered it says that its imitation ! I am so disappointed plus i have sent them tons of email but they never respond.! I so want my money back! Is there any way i can get my money back? Or file a complaint about the website? Please please help me .
