While completing an order on drugstore.com i was sent to this greatfunsite.com not realizing it. It was for an offer of 20.00 off my next order which i thought was drugstore.com. So i signed up and lo and behold it is a program that charges 11.99 a month. Something i am not interested in and want out of immediately. Drugstore.com is a new site to me and i have been doing some xmas shopping with them but this was the first time i was inadvertently giving my information to another site that i had no knowledge of.

This person called me stating that I was to receive 225.00 on a visa card just for being a good acct holder. I lisented to where he also offered me 50% on any purchase I made at Walmart, Kmart etc... valid for 30 days. When he go to the part about verifying my card # etc.. I told him that I would not give out my card information. That is like asking me for my social securtiy number and that wasnt going happened. I asked for his number while I called my back to verify the promo he was offering and then said it was not through my bank. I ask him repeatedly to read off the card number that he supposedly had for me and he gave the first 4 didgets. Then proceeded to tell me for security purposes that he could not read off the rest. I then told him he was a scam and that I was going to report him to the BBB as well as my Bank for fraudently using my information for their benefit. He immediatly hung up. I immediatly called my husband and daughter to let them know what was going on. The guy had given me the websites of www.greatfunsite.com as well as www.shoppersadvantage.com BE WARE OF THESE CONS AND SCAMS. I HAVE USED MY CARD ONLINE AND THAT SEEMS TO BE WHERE THEY ARE GETTING THEIR INFORMATION..

How in the world do I cancel this ? I never signed up for this, the only thing i paid $1.00 for was Garcinia Ultra, and now I get this after I canceled Garcinia Ultra, I am going to turn this over to the Ohio Better business bur. I still have the address for this, and thats where this scam has started. I've never even heard of this great fun thing, much less join it, , , I feel violated now in my own home.

i was solicited to join great fun when i tried to order a taxi from my hotel to the airport.I was told that my $40 dollar taxi fare would be reimbursed and that as long as i cancelled my my subscription which was a $1 dollar fee before 30 days i would have no commitment and no charges .However i i didn't cancel i would incur a monthly fee of $16.00.I have spoken to a live adviser twice already and canceled my membership but still have direct payment coming off my account.i have a confirmation of cancellation and i will get my money back and some .Great site you better have great legal deals because you have lied to me and continued to take money without my consent.

I signed up for GreatFun and paid 1$ initiation fees. They promptly sent the rebate form. I sent back the receipts and the filled form and i cancelled the subscription 3 days before the renewal date(to be safer side). They promptly sent me the 20$ cheque as promised. After reading some complaints online, I cancelled the credit card and reissued credit card with new number to ensure they don't charge me in future.

Bottomline, if you send the documents and keep up with the timelines you will be benefited.

I cancelled great fun after seeing charges because I never signed up after the 30 days it was cancelled and cannot get them to stop they just keep charging 16.99 how can I make them go away. Theft at its best
