I ordered a watch at www.hellorolex.com. The site charged my credit card and never sent me anything. I contacted the site by email and never received a response. I contacted the site through their IM contact and was told my order would be sent out the next day and I would be provided with a tracking number. This never happened. I contacted the site a week later, and was told the same thing that my order would be sent out the next day and I would be provided with a tracking number. Again, this did not happen. WWW.HELLOROLEX.COM is a scam that defrauds the people who attempt to buy something from it. Please avoid this fraudulent site. Upon investigation, it appears that the site is located in China. Avoid www.hellorolex.com.
Hellorolex.com is a trap! They will substitute for whatever is in stock and then offer a discount on ANOTHER watch. To return is expensive and Sally will NOT aknowledge receipt of returns. I had to claim with my credit card company!
I ordered a watch too and recieved the exact watch I orderer, the only thing is that the dail is slightly different(small lines in stead of month and day names).
BUT, the real test is yet to come: after two days wearing the bighand is loose! it rotates freely round, I claimed it this morning and recieved a email promptly with a request for a picture so we'll see! I'll keep you posted.
My watch had the same trouble upon arrival; a hand was loose. I took it to a watch repair shop and they adjusted the base of the hand while I waited. It probably came loose from the handling from China. Not worth sending back for this problem. Who knows how this will escalate dealing with hellorolex.com !
UPDATE: I recieved an email with the tip to go to the local watch shop cause sending back would take a lot of time and money, it should be very easy to fix it. If that would not be the case I could send it back for repair. But geuss what, I did it my self, it was realy easy. After all I'm satisfied with the way they work; pretty fast response on emails and they are willing to help. I'll probably buy one again because my wife wants to borough my U-Boat every time :)
BEWARE: My returned watch credit (wrong model received) is still being fought for with help from my Credit Card Company, from hellorolex.com since October 25, 2010 ! I bought from replicabagswatches.com twice afterwards and have received excellent goods and service.
Beware of these scammers. I purchased a watch from hello Rolex it arrived damaged. I was asked to send it back with a tracking number which I did they now say they did not revieve it even though it has been signed for. NEVER USE THIS SITE
Do not buy anything from them. I just received what appeared to b a gorgeous replica of a Panerai Submersible Flyback. It simply does not work! It is supposed to be Automatic but nothing moves. I have watched several YouTube Videos about how to manually wind it but still nothing. Sending it back is not an option since it's completely cost prohibitive. I just send a small package to my sister in Switzerland via the USPS (20 ounces) and it cost over $50.-
I would also strongly advise against dealing with these scammers. I ordered one of their watches with 'quality Swiss mechanism' which worked for about 2 days. Sally eventually agreed that I could return it but it would be costly and they seem to have quite a history of just not acknowledging receipt anyway. I don't think I'll be throwing good money after bad. My advice would be to buy a nice mid-range watch such as Edifice and at least know you're getting quality
I too received a watch different from the one I ordered. "Sally" advised me to keep it and purchase another at 30% discount. No, just no. I didn't want another, I want the one I ordered. I will never do business with them again. Scammers!
