I wanted to get couple of videos form www.kateelife.com. I bought the voucher from Amazon and after I sent it to this website, it turned out that the voucher was redeemed. I waited another week and I didn’t get these videos. The customer services kept silence and it was real nightmare. Guys, please stay as far as possible from this awful place. I lost $60 on their website.
I want register myself. I fill everything correctly.. But always appears a tex box saying this idea: you must fill beween 6 and 16 words. Why? And doesn'tdo the registration. Any solution?
