An order was placed and paid on 13th January 2023, on the 16th January 2023 we were notified that the item is no longer in stock, we were to provide banking details and a refund would take place in 14 days. On the 7th February 2023 a follow up call was made in which I was told that I had not sent the banking details in the correct format, hence the delay in the refund. Banking details were sent in their format immediately, a confirmation email was received that the banking details have been received, 29 days later, 50 days from the initial refund promise and still no refund has been received. Telephone calls are now on a loop and emails get responded with an automatic reply thanking me for my payment. Various internet complaint forums have this site marked as scammers and online fraudsters. I have subsequently reported them to ISPA to have them shut down, I have notified the cybercrime unit of the online fraud and I have opened an online fraud case at the SAPS.
Desired outcome: My refund within 3 days.
