I went to login to my account on www.myprepaidcenter.com.au but it didn't work, so I requested a password change. It says the password reset link will arrive at my email soon but the link never arrived. I have double checked the email address is correct but even so the reset link never arrived. I am now locked out of my account and cannot access my gift card. I could not contact them, no email and no phone number listed on their website.
Desired outcome: Please send me a password reset link for me to login to my account.
