I have been cancelling with these guys for three weeks now in their policy it says that they will process it with 24-72hours. I have been looking on-line about this issue and a Lot of people are getting scammed the same way. I really need my money and for them to stop my account Today. I just don't understand it.

I know exactly how you feel. I believe the same thing is happening to me and it's ridiculous. I have sent a msg to their site director directly but have had no reply and my subscription remains active. I would not recommend this site to anyone, poor customer service and it seems you have to fight with them just to simply have your subscription canceled.

Same problem, no response to cancellation requests for over a month and credit card charged. I have disputed the most recent charge but still have not heard from them. I emailed kasaundral@live.com with my user name...let's see if that works.

SAME EXACT thing is happening to me. I demand a refund of $107.70 which was for TWO Months of 53.85 even though I emailed them on the SECOND day of my "free" trial. I plan on reporting them to BBB, FTC and whoever else I can. I also plan to put this information on as many review websites that I can find.
