I am agree, this Chinese company is a totally fraud acting under different name in different countries .

I ordered what seemed to be genuine barbour jacket and they sent a jacket totally unlike what was ordered. Cannot contact them for a refund or to resolve the matter. e mailed them lots of times with no response.

I just recently ordered a snapback cap from a website and just today the package arrived from this same company that you are talking about. I cannot believe this. I am emailing the website that I got the hat from and hopefully I can return and get a refund but judging by the comments it wont be happening.

Same thing, I live in France and I ordered a diesel jean Louvboot in an italian website (mewbeatvibo.it) because the price was reduced but when I received the box i saw it came from an entreprise called xuelian.xu settled in China. Consequently, this jean is not the same model i ordered and I'm not even sure it is a real diesel.

exactly same thing happened. i order some puma track and field spikes on jan 26 2015 and it arrived just now on feb 10. the website still states that it has not been shipped and is still payment success. i have sent them at least 5 emails before i got them reguarding why they are not shipped yet and they only answered 1 email saying please wait patiently. they ended up sending me a completly different shoe...wtf...what can i do. if u can help email me jack2two@hotmail.com

I send 2 emails so far about the item i ordered and did not get a reply from any of this two sites. I believe that we have to do something to prevent other people from loosing their money.

I ordered shoes from the company xuelian.wu sudumaoyi on-line shoes. I placed order on January 2015 and money was taken after 4 days. After that I got only fake confirmation info. I checked my tracking number, but it didn’t provide any useful info.
Finally I received a different model and wrong size, another mark and cheaper

The money was debited from my account the day after but there was no update on the website and I tried to contact them without any result. Now I've just received an ugly pair of lace up shoes in fake leather, not even worth the price of postage.
I suppose the principle is simple : you sell at a bargain price (usually 50 to 60% off normal retail price) and sell something vaguely similar. Once the traceable package is marked as delivered, the seller is untouchable.
Now I won't even bother to send those ugly shoes back, because it'd cost me something like $45 to get them to China and as there's no possible communication with the people running this business, there's no way I'll get my money back.
Instead, I'll open a case with my Bank.

Later on he entered in to mobile handset and Sim card selling business. after entering this business he entered into a syndicate selling deseal and coal procured from NCL. Later on he became kingpin of this syndicate in association with his colleague Bimal kumar tripathi, mobile no [protected].
Laxmikant choubey sells fake SIM cards at higher prices and is involved in Air conditioners and electrical instruments theft in NCL. He is also involved in running a drug racket behind his mobile shop named Rajashree electronics gol market Jayant. He has put several girls behind his shop for his illegal activities. Further, he runs a cyber cafe in his shop where he employs jobless computer literates and guide them to do lot of criminal activities like preparing morphed photographs, videos etc for blackmailing from innocent customers. using his girls Laxmikant Choubey Lures the innocent customers, record their activities and later on blackmail them.
Long time back Laxmikant choubey cheated some Jain family in Bhopal for Rs 10 laks approximately., and the person who got cheated filed a complaint against him. Police put the mobile no he used for committing the crime on survillance. Any how he came to know about it. Laxmikant choubey kept his mobile at some distant relatives house and his relative was trapped and he narrowly escaped. later on in order to save himself from Police Laxmikant married his elder daughter with some Jain from Sagar, M.P.
Currently he is having several cases against him under IPC 467, 420, 64D etc. Laxmikant choubey is mastermind behind many scams in Singrauli district.

What can be done to shut down these websites and take to court the person responsible?
I have also ordered 2 pairs of trainers from sndessaint.fr and received 2 completely models (fake Ralph Lauren of course) ! it is impossible to return the goods and get a refund.

The same happened to me. I ordered through an Italian website (Scarpe.it) a pair of Saucony women's shoes (EUR 75) and received a pair of ugly Asics running shoes, completely different style and wrong number. On top of that they charged on my credit card EUR 88 and I had to pay EUR 27 importation costs, because they were sent from China! Payed $150 at a website called your-rsvp.co.uk. Same story as all messages here. Payment through EMPPTYANYWANL SHENZHEN, contact through auto1@winwservice.com and service@winwservice.com. Received a (I assume) fake tracking number with Chinese company 17track which returns wrong data. your-rsvp.co.uk doesn't reply to my emails and service@winwservice.com stopped replying as well. Shoes never received and money is gone. Please stay away from them.

Same thing happened to me! I ordered sperry top-siders from cogenconsult.com.au and received a counterfeit pair of ECCO shoes. I emailed them and complained and they just keep replying saying that they have my best interests at heart and want me to reconsider keeping their best pair of shoes (in extremely poor English!). I keep asking for a refund but they keep avoiding the subject! I have recently complained to econsumer.gov and recommend that everyone do the same! Hopefully they will be able to shut them down!

Nobody answered, so I started searching infos about the site ending in this blog. I'll try to contact the police in charge of the internet scams. I'll let you know what will happen.
