YES! Communities People parking in front of my home and dogs allowed to run up and down and crap in my yard

[protected] of 2022. It appears that the complaint about Camejo was a temporary resolve. Now this same fellow washes a couple of cars next store to me then takes and parks one right in front of my place making my daughter having to park in the office parking lot and she had to carry my 10-month-old Great grandson and all his stuff over to my place. This is nothing but retaliatory. And out of the same home 302 River Bay drive a woman that lives there, i have caught her on 3 separate occasions letting the dogs out and allowing them to run up and down my yard defecate in my yard. When i went out there one of the dogs started to charge me. She does not care, i guess the rules apply to some but not to others. I have also found out that Camejo, Mike the next door neighbor and the manager of River Bay are friends. I will admit it could be possible i am wrong, But it makes one wounder what is really going on. I am James Downey 318 River Bay Drive Lot 265, my phone # [protected]. Date [protected].

Desired outcome: Someone to get control and stop this non-sense. If rules are to be ad heard to, all must abide not a chosen few to do as they please. I just wish to live in peace the way it has been for close to 28 years here.

YES! Communities Unable to get a hold of maintenance or community staff.

I have a backed up sewer line past where the line from my house connects to the line in the ground. I am unable to use my toilet shower washing machine or even do dishes. I am unable to contact any representative of my community. I am unable to call the plumber and have them come because the lease stated you won't pay for it unless you call them. I live in Terrace heights in Dubuque Iowa.

Desired outcome: Someone needs to get a hold of a plumber and get this issue fixed. It is not my responsibility as it is an issue below ground.

YES! Communities Note sent out by management of marysville villa marysville mi 48040

Hello as this is a over 55 park we senior citizen moved here so that we could have a place of security for the rest of our years on earth. This community park has been here well over 50 years. Things here had been going great. Your corporation took over our little place of security and now have started to upset 45 percent of this tight net community with new demands. ON 03/29/2022 we all received a note that we have to remove our security fences in 30 days or we will be given violations. These fence have been here for years and been updated to enhance the look of our homes. Many of us take pride of our homes and try to keep this place a Safe, Beautiful and secure. Please help us continue to feel safe and secure. Many here are in there 70,80,90s s

Desired outcome: let us keep our fences and sense of security Please

YES! Communities Vehicle blocking my drive not once but twice

My name is James Downey. I live at 318- River Bay Drive Tampa Florida 33619.

I have lived here in this park going on 28 years and complained about very little.

However once again today for the second time a truck, trailer, and compressor for washing vehicles with the name Camejo [protected] parked across my drive and my neighbors drive in the lane going out plus part of the lane coming in. Cars having to stop and single file to allow each other to get by. I asked the guy why did he find it necessary to wash vehicles in the road way when he could do it in the parking lot and his response was that he had a permit to park in the road. Now I might could snake out of my drive but would not be able to pull back in and my neighbor could do neither. I will say our conversation got heated. But I decided to call the office and write this complaint to you. Should emergency vehicles need to get through it would be impossible. I have called the Sheriffs office and was told that it was a road way and should I get no results that I was to call them and they would fix the matter. As they told me that no one can block the in and out of ones drive way nor block the road way. Its like holding one hostage.

Desired outcome: I would like a response. My number is [protected] in River Bay Mobil home park. Thank You

YES! Communities Remove fence that is on the lot I leased.

I purchase a house four years ago that the lot had a fence on. The fence is in good shape. Now they are demanding that I remove the fence by APRIL 1st.Or yes will remove it and charge me 500.00. I am in bad health and live in disability. This is absurd! I signed a lease for a year in Jan. The lot has a fence at that time. Yes are breaking the lease with me by taking the right to the lot as it was leased. Before I purchased the house I was assured that the fence was Grandfathered in. I have two senior dogs that I cannot walk. That fence is very important to me as well as a security measure.I have tried for three weeks with the Home office to no avail. Can anything be done? I feel like I live in a dictatorship. Not a community!

Desired outcome: Keep my fence and my life as it is.

YES! Communities Northridge Estates

I signed a lease on 3/7/2022 for a really good friend and paid 6 months rent in advance. My friend works multiple 12, 14 and 16 hours shifts and yesterday, management busted into his home unannounced to do their "Gold Key" check. He was awakened by his dogs going crazy and then accused that he had pitbulls. His dogs are NOT pitbulls and he has since rehoned one of them. The other is a register service dog. He also cares for his dad whom also lives at this property. We communicated on the front end and mentioned multiple times that his mom and dad would be living with him and were never told anyone else had to be on the lease until 2 weeks after he is moved in and settled. The treatment, that my friend especially, and I have received from the management of this property has been complete disrespect and a violation of privacy. We have been nothing but upfront regarding what Heather feels is the result of reasons to evict. This is completely unfair to someone who is trying their best to keep a roof over their head. Also, we have made several attempts to call and nobody answers or returns our calls when we leave messages.

Desired outcome: Reverse eviction notice and show some common courtesy to you residents. This is very unprofessional behavior.

YES! Communities Trash service

They are increasing the trash charges up to $16.65 and it was $10.00 before. They are doing this with no proper explanations. I provided the photo of the paper and it shows no proper explanation of this issue. This has been done in March 15th,2022

Desired outcome: Why are they doing this and the community wouldn’t like this because they are also increasing the property rent and it is frustrating.

YES! Communities Demand notices / towing of vehicles

I have been a resident since December 2016. When Meritus communities were managing the park. They were so much better even the office staff were decent and compassionate then the staff now. My 8 yr old grandson tragically drowned at a pool party June 2017. I had just started working as the pool monitor two weeks before this happened. The office staff truly understood why I couldn't continue to work at the pool after my grandson drowned at a friend's pool. Since yes communities has taken over I feel like this park is a prison reform for low income people when I first moved here my rent was $899 for a new 3 bedroom plus water sewage gas and electric. Now that I'm doing month to month at $100 extra a month increased $50 from last yr then with the water and sewage added to the rent my new rate for April 1st at $1273. Being I'm on SSDI my payment is deposited on the 3rd of every month at $1392 a month and $228 earned income I am struggling and trying to find a more affordable place to live my electric is $297 a month on the budget explain this how it is this high for a mobile home that is insane the gas is 66 a month the rule was rent is do on the first of every month no later than the 5th well not anymore every month I get a demand for rent eviction notice dated on the 2nd like how can they do this I've told them I don't get my SSDI until the 3rd of every month therefore my rent will be paid on the 3rd or 4th of the month. But I still get the same notice every month on the 3rd dated on the 2nd and states that they can count these as late notices and can evict you after a certain amount. I have never been evicted and my rent has always been paid on time meaning the first week of the month. They attempted to charge me $1045 to replace two storm doors that were damaged by high winds but yet have over 20 homes with no storm door or a storm door hanging off the hinges broken they replaced them and 7 months later the front one is damaged again they don't install them correctly to start. Then they tow any vehicles that are parked on the side of the street someone said a door dash or some type of delivery got there vehicle towed the tow company they have contracted make rounds numerous times through the day and night 7 days a week looking for cars that are parked along side of the road even if there not blocking or creating an issue I feel like that is a form of tenant harassment from the landlord now that I know a mobile home is definitely not worth it's price tag I would never recommend anyone to buy a new one unless you have no more than 1 or 2 kids in six yrs mine has failed the test of 4 grandkids that have pretty much put it to the test a big fail from the carpet to the cabinet handles falling off the corners and top of the cupboards are not real wood they are overlayed with some cheap wallpaper stuff. The door handles brake or fall off the doors to enter the home are not installed properly therefore have issues one being you can't lock your door. But I have a 6 yr old boxer/pit that would gladly accommodate a stranger coming in my door. I just feel like I'm struggling to live here financially and feel like I'm in a prison camp .

Desired outcome: Yes communities needs to understand the fast that people on SSI get paid on the 1st and people on SSDI get paid on the 3rd and should be exempt from getting a notice to quit every month

YES! Communities Howell estates!

👋 hello, I recently moved into the Howell estates community on February 14, 2022,

Every buddy we spoke to was very welcoming when we filled out our application, Unfortunately not even a week after we had moved in we had received a call from Stephanie in the office asking me to not use my back door due to the neighbor having PTSD, And that my back door was for emergency use only! I was never told any of this information when I signed my lease. Our neighbor has six cameras aimed at my rear door, I do not use my side door due to the fact that we use our front door But wanted to use our side door because when we moved in they have not laid cement yet, & it’s full of mud, We are in a brand new double wide modular home & it has a door on both sides of my home, We were told that the side door is only to be used in emergencies only, But we were never told this when we signed our lease! Stephanie from the office called us to tell us to please stop using it because it sets our neighbors cameras off & interrupt him! He does not want me opening my back door at all, We also hung an American flag & 1 camera affixed to a pole that we bought, Then I received a letter on my door for the first time and it says a second notice, That we are disturbing other people, & That improvements are alterations have not been authorized… We were very happy when we moved in until the neighbor had a problem with having neighbors, It is me and my husband & we both work full time jobs and a 2 pound tea cup dog that doesn’t even bark! Can someone please give me some advice on what to do

Desired outcome: Help!!!

YES! Communities Siding damage from community lawn crew

Over two years ago I contacted Jackie at Paradise lakes MHP where we have a home. I told her that the lawn company that mows for everyone has put a hole in my siding on my shed from weed wiping too close. She put a work order in. They never came to fix it. I called and reported that it was not fixed. She said someone closed the work order and she would write another one. Two years have passed and not complete. I have called her and Evelyn about this at office. No response. They do not return my call. What do I have to do to get service around here for damage to my property from your company people? My phone number is [protected]. I would like a return call

Desired outcome: I want the siding fixed as promised

Management sucks... If you call they don't answer the phone or call you back They hire the cheapest lawn people so only half the grass gets mowed. Apparently the lawn people don't see the grass knee high... Plus none of them speak a lick of english so it's like talking to yourself... They put a hole in the kitchen floor last monday they haven't been back...

YES! Communities Office lady

I live in Pleasantville in Monroe MI. Yes communities took over our community. Their office lady, if thats what you call her, is never ever in the office. We have to leave messages instead of speaking with her directly that is poor business etiquette! Then this "office lady" tried to rip us off! She was trying to steal money from us when MCOP was paying our rent for the months we were not making enough money due to covid. She had the nerve to call me asking if I was going to pay something after I had already told her that they were paying our back rent & 3 months extra after that. She told me that MCOP does not pay for my water & sewage & that EVERYBODY else was making an effort except for us. WHAT?! I told her that MCOP was paying it all since it comes on one monthly bill. She is a scammer that was trying to steal money from tenants! UNACCEPTABLE! Thank god I am smarter than her because MCOP payed everything! I feel bad for the other tenants that actually gave HER money when they were not supposed to! This place is a bunch of scammers! DO NOT MOVE INTO A YES COMMUNITY! My husband works for a company that does work for Yes & he knows what needs to be done before they sell a trailer to somebody & they sold us a trailer that was not fixed underneath! They are also picking on the tenants with older trailers so they can evict these low income people so they can put new ones in & charge almost $1, 000 a month for a 2 bedroom trailer! Isn't that discrimination? Im so tired of this place! We are moving to a beautiful 3 bedroom double wide in March that's way cheaper! These people are a rip off! Something should be done about Yes Communities trying to steal money from low income tenants! Prosecution I say! This is a terrible company that should pay for what they are doing to their tenants! DISGUSTING!

I agree that the Yes! goal does seem to be push older tenants and older homes out. (Yes! also enforces the smallest rules too that people can't comply with or even makes up some)

Financially, I don't see how they can recoup the cost of moving new-homes in and all the money that costs in 2022. If that actually happens in Monroe. But hey that's not my place to say. In Coachville there are many empty spots. (Looks like 'Blight' with ruts...) I can think of only 1 new home moved in the last 5 years. The used trailer market is 'ok'. Some people like to put money into remodeling them. But I don't know too many who want to buy a new one.

YES! Communities Need my home fixed but your company won’t release the insurance money

I have an insurance claim [protected] and the insurance company has sent me the funds to fix my home. The guest bathroom has a leak under the tub and the entire subfloor of the back of the home is completely rotted. First bank is the one who allocates the funding according to Yes communities polices. I have had 4 different contractors come to my home wanting to do repairs but because of of how the funds will be allocated, each contractor has decided not they can't work for me. I was told half of the funds would be released for materials and the other half would be released upon completion of the work. No one works for free! Legally, this insurance money is mine and I need to desperately get my home fixed before the tub in the guest bathroom falls through the sub flooring. I have spoken with an attorney who will take my case if your company chooses not to sign the checks and allow me to fix my home. I have attached photos below of the rot below. Thank you, Jonathan Norwood

Desired outcome: I want the ins checks signed so I can pay to fix my home

YES! Communities Management at eagle creek

Hi, I'm leaving this complainant here because we have lived in one of y'all's home for three years and then about a week or less before Christmas we get a paper saying that we have to move out because our home is being sold and we haven't been able to find anything else so now me and my kids and my fiancé are without a house and being told that we where given a 60 day notice when we didn't heck we didn't even get a 30 day notice! We would have been okay with moving into another home in the community but we are being told there is no longer rentals here at eagle creek y'all need to do better by taking care of your renters and not just kick them out of there homes because y'all want to sell a home especially when they have been in the home for a while! Now we are being told that we are getting an Elevation filled on us on Monday because we can't find a home to live in so and this is the only home we have we have two kids and can't just go stay on the streets y'all need to get everything together and take care of your renters!

Desired outcome: Keep our home

I and my roommates moved to Rose Country Estates in Tyler Tx in 2014. We rented a 4 bedroom doublewide for a year and then bought it from Yes Communities who own Rose Country. At the time of signing the contract, along with the work orders they would fix in the house, they did nothing. They breached the contract. I tried to find a lawyer to help me, but there is no lawyer that will go up against landlords. On July 10 of 2021 I asked for help with a bed bug issue that we got from neighbors having them also. On July 13 of 2021 we were served an eviction notice to be out of the park by August 30th. WE were told to get a loan and move the house out of the park also. Even though our contract said we can't move it out until 5 years after it was paid off. We were also to give the house back with nothing in return. After paying 6 years at $500 a month for the house they repoed it. Then on the 21st of December we went to court with no attorney help. The manager told the court that our house was so bad that she would light a match to it even if we in or out of it. I know there is nothing we can do, because tennants in Texas has no rights. They just want your money. So to anyone reading this, DO NOT BUY OF RENT FROM ANY TRAILOR PARK THAT YES COMMUNITIES OWNS.
