Reynolds Senior Village Toledo. An eviction notice was taped to my door sometime after 5 pm from Janet park manager on 1/7/22. It said I was to vacate my home in 3 days. I paid my rent on 1/5/22 on 3:04pm in full using the portal that was set up for me years ago by Nicki. I have the receipt from yes communities.

This action was in retaliation to the complaint I filed with the corporation against Janet and Linda on 1/5/22 for being hostile, in competent and worlds away from professional.

This eviction notice and the one in December needs to be removed from my record. I received an eviction notice from Janet on 12/1/22 for rent. Rent was due by 12/5. Incompetent.

Please remove Janet and Linda permanently asap. These actions their continued abuse of managerial power. They both lack any trace of people skills.

Desired outcome: Remove eviction notice removed from my payment record. After continued harassment, retaliation and discrimination immediate expulsion of Janet and Linda from management positions.

This is what their YESCOMMUNITY Regency Point Estates Pierceton Indiana done on 06/06/22 I am on Social Security and always pay my lot rent the 3rd or 4th of each month on Monday 6/6/22 park manager gave my money order back to my wife and said had to pay $50 Lease Fee ONLINE Today 6/7/22 I called and asked why they did not take my money order and to get a copy of the Lease to sign I was told they did not know how to print it and they will call later. At 4:30 pm I have a 10 Day Notice To Quit put on my door instead of a phone call and I owe $404.77

When they refuse payment, get ready to pack. This is the easiest eviction case to win for YES, When you go to court there will be no mediation. Even if you have full rent at court they still wont accept it. This is there way of cleaning house on the low income.

This is exactly what they did to me! I was new to Oklahoma. Had a baby in December had rats in my air vents asked them to fix them and the property manager got upset and began to Harrash my family. My newborn daughter was freezing and they refused to fix my heater. I once again complained and she came after me when I had a family emergency back home in California. I let her now I was going to pay late and signed an agreement and when I tried to pay she locked my portal and I wasn’t able to pay online and she got me evicted! Never have I ever had rental issues until I moved to okc to the yes communities property they ruined my chances of ever renting again! Went homes with my newborn daughter over retaliation!
