Yes Energy Management review: The company again sent me the bill and said that I would have problems with contract renewal

I rented a flat through the company and they haven’t told me that the water bills weren’t included in the rent bill. I haven’t paid for the two bills and recently I received the letter that if I didn’t pay, they wouldn’t be able to renew the contract for the flat with me. I have paid for these two bills afterwards and they again sent me the same letter. What have I done wrongly?
