Yester Home UK review: Beware of the dog sign

I live in Western Australia and in February ordered a 'BEWARE OF THE DOG' sign from Yester Home in the UK. It arrived after many weeks and is a 'BEWARE OF THE DOGS' sign. I only have one dog and don't want to put up the sign indicating I have more than one dog. I chose and ordered very carefully to ensure I got what I wanted.

I sent four messages to Yester Home which they ignored and finally they told me that I had received what I ordered. I sent them a copy of the original order (which I will attach) and also the sign which arrived which shows that they have made a mistake. However they somehow managed to change the order to make it appear that I had ordered a 'Beware of the Dogs' sign.

Then they told me to return it for a refund but I am not prepared to pay return postage and I don't trust this company anymore. I would like a refund so I can purchase locally.

There is also some question about the size of this sign. Their 'large' size has arrived at 16 cm x 11cm. They don't put the size on the order form or invoice and it looks a lot smaller than the one I expected which was advertised online. However I can't find the original item I ordered online l and as I have no proof of this I will not make a complaint. However they should ensure for future customers that the size is made very clear.
