YMbill.com review: Transaction dispute

I am on disability and $24.95 was taken out my account from ym bill.com I don't know who that is but I didn't approve it from card # [protected]. Now im in the negative and I have been charged an overdraft fee. Looking at my account it says ymbill.com is in Florida US. I was told by a customer service rep to file a complaint which is why im writing this one. I was sent a new card but they didn't resolve this unauthorized purchase made on my card without my consent.
