Item is knockoff of NOORO back massager. Cheaply made. Didn't work after charging. Emails back and forth with company futile. Said had to return item for full refund At USPS would cost over $60 with required tracking number. Item is $29.34 with tax. Without return. Might get $6 refund. Emails with company have been futile.

Order #N832941317. Package looked incomplete. Cord had USB at each end and no instructions. Discovered cold plug USB into computer to charg manager. But didn't work after charging.
