Your Savings Club, Family Savings, National Renewal, At Home Fun review: unauthorized credit card charges

Multiple charges have been taken from my Mother's account totaling over $400.00 I called the company to cancel whatever services they say they supply. Although, I got them cancelled and they say she will no longer have these charges I can not get her a refund until I speak to a supervisor. I explained that I want a refund now and want to speak to the supervisor now because of the multiple complaints online The women got a bit nasty and said the supervisor will contact you when she has a chance and hung up on me. This company is scamming older people out of money and needs to be reported to the BBB
