Joined in 2009. Was initially harassed to buy more benefits. Have used club x 2 successfully. Since pandemic I paid almost 1000 cdn dollars for 5 yrs. IT was to call me back to set up my account on new website. I have called numerous times and spoke to someone x 2 and otherwise remained on hold up to 2 hrs before hanging up. This morning, remain on hold over 30 min. They now call themselves "Your Travel Club" at [protected]. Wish I had never bought this in the first place - feel completely ripped off!
Desired outcome: I want updated information and to have access to their website- or a complete refund! I just signed up for 5 more yrs and no one will answer calls since.
