This company commits fraud I repeat this company commits fraud... They clearly committed fraud by targeting me and authorizing an online application I did not consent to or was the person filling out and stated because of the document having an e signature that did not match my original signature but it didn’t matter to them they accepted the forged signature on the document and gave them the right to authorize the online application which is nonsense because there was no written consent or agreement on my behalf for them to reduce my property taxes and what makes matters worst is that they refuse to cooperate during this process and falsely proceeded with reducing my property taxes back in 2021 I never received any notices but only one in 2024 and I believe someone falsely filed an online application using my information and their response to this manner is that their company of 35 years could never go through fraudulent activity which I find to be extremely unbelievable since we are in an generation where people can easily gain access to individuals personal data plus zapmytax refused to to provide the proper documentation to report this fraudulent incident but instead just forwarded everything to the collection attorney this matter will be taken to court and I will also proceed with filing a complaint to the bbb regarding this manner because I am a true victim of fraud and potentially identity fraud as well
