Zety Sneaky charges, makes it difficult to cancel.

California law requires that all subscriptions but be cancellable on the website, but Zety doesn't care. They require emails and phone calls to customer service. They intentionally never email you that you are being charged in hopes that you don't notice a $23 charge on your credit card every 4 weeks (not every month). I didn't like the website, didn't even use the services, but they charged me over $200 before I noticed. They are incredibly dishonest. Avoid them at all costs.

Zety Unsatisfied with Payment Process, Requesting Refund from Zety

The website is honestly pretty amazing. It helped me a lot with my Resume. However, I think I made a mistake when I paid for the Trial version because I never got a confirmation email. I thought I canceled the subscription, but when I checked my account today, it seems that my subscription was never canceled. In fact, I was charged for a full year of membership! Obviously, I'm not happy about that, and I feel like I was scammed out of my money. I just want a refund for the full amount since I never actually used the tool after the trial period ended. I find it really frustrating how these companies try to trick people into paying for things they don't really want or need. Hopefully, Zety can find a way to resolve this issue quickly, or else I'll be forced to share my negative experience with others.

Zety Warning: Dishonest Practices and Scams at Zety - My Terrible Experience

I had a really bad experience with Zety. Not only did they keep my card details without asking me, but they also took money from my bank account without my permission. I was really upset when I found out what had happened and immediately contacted their customer support hoping that they would help me, but they did nothing to fix the issue.

I thought that it was just an honest mistake, but after talking to a few other people, I found out that this is something that happens all the time with this company. It was disappointing to hear that they do this on purpose in order to make more money. I was absolutely devastated to learn that I had fallen victim to their scam.

I decided to report this company, and I hope that they will be punished for their actions. However, at this point, it's unlikely that I'll get my money back. I'm really disappointed that I didn't do enough research before purchasing their services. If there's one thing I can warn you about, it's this: don't deal with Zety if you don't want to lose your hard-earned money. They're a dishonest company that only cares about making a profit. Avoid them at all costs!

Zety Zety: The Ultimate Resume Building Tool with Excellent Customer Service

I gotta tell ya, Zety is one of the best websites out there when it comes to creating job apps. I used it to help my sons get their resumes done, and man oh man, I couldn't be happier with the results! They got all kinds of options for templates and suggestions for how to craft a resume that'll show off their unique talents and personalities. And let me tell ya, it paid off big time - my boys both got phone calls back from employers the very same day they sent in their applications! And then they were hired right away - the next day, in fact! Can you believe it? It's all thanks to Zety's great tools and resources.

But here's the thing - sometimes, stuff gets a little tricky when you're working on the site. That's when you need to talk to customer service, and let me tell ya, those folks couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Any time I had a problem or a question, they were right there to give me a hand. Zety Zety Review: Top of the Line Resume Platform with Excellent Customer Service

Let me tell you about Zety. I gotta be real with y'all, me and Zety don't talk anymore. Not because their platform ain't good or nothin', I just didn't need no resume builder no more.

But let me tell you, their platform is top of the line. Like, I'm talkin' crispy fresh. They got all kinds of templates and customization options to make your resume look whatever kind of fancy you want. And the best part? It's easy to use. I ain't no tech-savvy kind of person, but even I found it easy to navigate.

But listen, that ain't even the best part. The best part was the customer service. Let me tell you, I had to talk to one of their reps one time and they was on it like white on rice. Like, for real, they was helpful as all get out. I didn't catch the dude's name, but he was a real one. He took the time to listen to my problem and even gave me some extra tips and tricks for my resume.

Zety Exceptional Customer Service from Zety Agent: Deserves Salary Increase and Recognition

I had to cancel my subscription with Zety, but wasn't sure which email I used to sign up. Thankfully, the agent who assisted me was extremely helpful. I was impressed with their customer support skills and their ability to quickly resolve my issue without any trolling. The agent deserves to be recognised for their excellent support skills, and I would even go as far as to say that they should receive a salary increase. It's clear that this worker loves their job, and has a strong desire to help customers like me.

If I ever start my own company, I would definitely want to have employees like this agent on my team. They are truly amazing, and if they don't receive a raise at their current job then they should seriously consider moving on to a company that values their skills and contributions. Zety Zety Resume Builder Review: A Disappointing Experience Full of Stress and No Resumes!

Man, let's talk about Zety - what a disappointment! I been paying for months 'cause I thought it'd help me get a job, but all this site has given me is stress. I can't even download my resumes no more and every time I try, it says something 'bout renewing my plan. But get this - I got 'em receipts, and they still ain't fixing it! And when I reached out to their customer service (which was hard enough to find on their site), they just kept tellin' me the same thing: "we've escalated your issue" and "we'll respond in 24-48 hours." That's bull! I want my resumes back, and I want 'em now! I mean, they did offer me 12 free hours of premium service, but I can't even access that part of their site! It's been weeks now, and still nothin'. It's really unprofessional, and it shows they don't even know how to work their own product. Honestly, would stay far, far away from Zety.

Zety Avoid Zety.com: Canceling Subscription is a Nightmare

I gotta say, I'm liking this website Zety.com. They've got some pretty sweet templates to help you build your resume. But I'm gonna be straight with ya, I don't need this service all year round so I wanted to cancel my subscription. You'd think it would be simple right? They tell ya to just go to your account settings and cancel it. Well, I did that and clicked on the cancel button but it took me nowhere. I mean, you can even see it in the source code on your account page. So that didn't make me too happy but whatever, there's always customer service.

But hold up, that didn't work either! I was in complete shock. So, I turned to email and finally they sent me a confirmation email saying it was canceled. And man, was I relieved. But imagine my surprise when I was still getting charged $23.70 a month even though "they said" it was canceled 3 months ago. Yep, I even had the confirmation email to prove it. And to make matters worse, I couldn't even see my billing history on my account since that button was also a dead button according to the source code.

Honestly, going through all this was frustrating as all get out. So folks, save yourself some pain and don't use this service.

Zety Captivating and Thrilling: A Review of 'Gone Girl'

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMING COMPANY AND ANY GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE!

I was charged ?2.70 for the CV building tool which I paid for a checked via my online banking account. I thought that was all that was needed because I never even knew about a subscription. I never received a single email from ZETY apart from the first email where they gave me a score on my CV. That is all.

But since November 25th 2021, they have been debiting ?16.70 from my bank account each month and I have not been aware. I have not been on their website since the first day I used it and I have not received any email communication from them. However, they have been charging me monthly. I only found out because my bank flagged the latest transaction as fraudulent for some reason.
I feel so violated and just traumatised to know that this company have been stealing from me for 18 months.

Please be aware, that while the CV building service may be good, they company draws you into a subscription that you don't know about and they do it so covertly that you may no realise until very long after like me. I actually heck my direct debits each month to check there in nothing coming out that I don't know about, however, ZETY didn't come up because the transaction is classed as 'recurring'... as opposed to direct debit.

I will be taking legal action due to the personal violation I feel from this company. How disingenuous to take such an amount of money from a an account when they aren't aware. Very sneaky and fraudulent.

Zety Exceptional Customer Service: My Experience with Zety

I recently had an experience with Zety and I must say it was quite an adventure. I called in to cancel my subscription because I found it difficult to remember all of my employment dates and history. I struggled and I felt like I was sinking. It was unlike me as I have always handled tough assignments, but I guess retirement has made me laid back and taken away the fight in me.

However, I must say that Zety's process actually allows for those who are prepared with the ready information to move through smoothly. Unfortunately, I wasn't one of those people because I had lost most of my records through a fire. So, I decided to cancel but I was fortunate to meet an angel named Sophia who was genuinely concerned and understanding of my dilemma.

Sophia was very ready to assist me in any way that she could and I was expecting the old spiel of them trying to help me for a huge amount of money, but Sophia didn't dwell on it for long before she went into action. She took it upon herself to do what was needed to both boost my confidence back up as it was when I first subscribed and retain me as a subscriber.

She asked me if she could work on things and get back with me in approximately 2 hours which I was more than willing to do. Even if she proposed needing 2 days or more, I would still have waited. True to her word, she emailed me a most effective, streamlined, clean revision my resume. It was one that I will most certainly be submitting to the company of my interest.

When I attempted to email her back, I found out that the email couldn't be received and I had to speak with rep William. He was very kind and when I explained what Sophia had done for me, he seemed very happy for his fellow colleague, which I found refreshing because most people wouldn't really care if it wasn't about good feedback for themselves.

Overall, this seems to be a very dynamic company and I will be recommending it to anyone who needs help with their resume. I appreciate both professional representatives of this company - they went above and beyond for me and I am truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

this is not Ethical, when I don't want your services, why are you trying to hit pay bank for payment, when as per SLA I have sent you the email..let me also report this to regulations like PCI DSS..to help you so PCI ppl will tell you how to stop this payment without customer consent.

Zety unknowingly charged for months

This platform is terrible; it feels like a scam! The subscription cancellation didn't go as expected after the trial, and I was unknowingly charged for months. I requested a refund because there was no activity on my account, but they did not show any willingness to provide a refund. Zety Zety

They charged me for a service that I didn't use TWICE and they only refunded the HALF. I'll send complaints to everywhere. I even sent a complaint report to the Poland government itself. They are no different than scammers.

Date: Today

They charged me for: 23.71 Dollar

They refunded: 11.83 Dollar

"As you’ve requested, we have refunded $11.85 as of June 27, 2023 to your credit card for the unused portion of your subscription."

I didn't use it, it renewed at 06.25.2023 and today is 06.27.2023

Desired outcome: GIVE MY MONEY BACK

Zety I was Scammed I want Refund

I try to create a resume at Zety_COM. They let me paid 134.00 so okay. Then just yesterday june 11,2023 they automatically deduct me an amount of 1,185 pesos with out my permission.how did they come up to deduct the said amount without my knowledge. I want refund for this as soon as possible or ask legal assistance for this matter i felt i was robbed.

Zety Beware of Sneaky Charges: My Experience with Zety's 14 Day Trial

I gave Zety a shot with their 14 day trial, but I gotta say, the sneaky charges were a real downside. I woke up to see a charge on my card and had no idea what it was for. It wasn't until I dug through my account that I found out it was from Zety. And to make matters worse, they didn't even bother sending me a receipt in my email. Not cool, Zety.

Aside from that, I will say that the actual resume-building tool was pretty solid. It was easy to use and had a good variety of templates to choose from. I was able to create a professional-looking resume in no time. However, I can't overlook the sneaky charges. It really left a bad taste in my mouth.

Overall, I'd say if you're going to try out Zety, just keep a close eye on your card statements and make sure you're not getting charged for anything extra. The resume tool is good, but the sneaky charges are a major red flag.

Zety Terrible Experience with Zety: Wasted Money and Terrible Customer Service

so it's a big waste of money. Plus, they didn't even refund me when I asked for it. Terrible customer service, really disappointed.

Yo, I gotta be honest, my experience with Zety was not great at all. Like, seriously. First off, they hit me with a $3 charge right off the bat, which I was like, whatever, it's not that bad. But then, when I tried to cancel my subscription, they hit me with a whopping $24 charge! Bruh, I didn't even use their services, so why am I getting charged so much? And to make matters worse, when I tried to voice my concerns on Trustpilot, my review got deleted. Like, come on now. What kind of shady business practices are these?

I mean, it's one thing to offer a service and charge for it, but dang, at least make it worth the money. Zety definitely did not do that for me. And when I tried to get a refund, they didn't even respond. Talk about terrible customer service. They should really step up their game if they want people to use their services again.

All in all, I was really disappointed with my experience with Zety. Hopefully they can fix these issues and make things right for their customers. But until then, I would not recommend using their services.

So, I wanted to tell you about my experience with this website called Zety. I tried out their r?sum? making tools and thought they were alright, nothing too fancy or special. But then, I decided to cancel my account through their online method and thought that would be the end of it. But it wasn't! Zety Zety Review: Frustration with Canceling Subscription - Proceed with Caution

I signed up for Zety and for a while, things seemed to be going well. But then I tried to cancel my subscription and I ran into some serious issues. I sent multiple emails and messages trying to get help, but I never received a response. Zety Beware of Zety.com Subscription Scam: Continuous Billing Even After Cancellation

So, I checked out Zety.com and, let me tell you, it's been a real pain in the wallet. I thought I canceled my subscription 3 months ago, but I'm still being charged every 14 days. And it's not chump change either, $23.70 every time. I mean, come on, I already canceled it and they still won't leave me alone. It's like they just want to take my money and run.

But don't worry, I'm not taking this lying down. I'm going to contact my credit card company and file a claim against them. No one should have to put up with this kind of nonsense. It's just not right.

Zety Zety Resume Builder Review: Great Templates, Limited Customization Options

and I was very frustrated with the whole experience. However, I have to say that their resume builder is pretty good, easy to use, and it has a lot of templates to choose from. So I wanted to create a standout resume and I came across Zety.com. It was pretty simple to start with, all I had to do was create an account, fill in my details and Voila! My resume was ready to download. I had to pay R40 to save and download my resume which was pretty reasonable.

But then suddenly, a whopping R400 was deducted from my bank account without any warning. And let me tell you, I was not happy about it. They didn't even inform me via email or SMS about the deduction, it was just taken out of my bank account. This was just not cool, man.

So, I would advise you guys to be careful while dealing with them. They don't warn you at all, they just charge you without any notice. So if you are planning to purchase the "14 day trial", think twice because it could seriously cost you a lot more. Better safe than sorry, right?

Overall, I do like the functionality of the website and how user-friendly it is. But the fact that they don't inform you about any charge, makes me hesitant to use it again. I hope they improve this aspect of their website.

Zety Sketchy Subscription Service: Charged Me for a Year after Cancellation

I was major shook to find out that a subscription which I totally thought was cancelled had actually been charging me every month for a whole year. I talked to the refund department, but they weren't super helpful. I tried to tell them that I had no idea I was being charged and asked them to think about the last time I logged in (which was way back in 2021), and asked for a refund for the entire year of 2022 (up until now, obviously). But the best they could do was refund me for a measly 2 out of the 9 months I'd been charged. TBH, that's real bad customer service, crew. Be sure to get down with cancelling your subscription with this sketchy company if you're thinking about signing up.

Zety Beware: Zety's Hidden Membership Clause Led to Unauthorized Charges

I remember that one time my partner bought a template from Zety for just $2.95. It was around three years ago, and we thought it was a great deal. However, we soon found out that this seemingly harmless purchase would lead to an ongoing subscription that we never agreed to.

You see, Zety has included a sneaky membership clause in the small prints of the invoice. It was written in such a way that it was easy to miss, especially if you're not used to scrutinizing every detail of your online purchases. I'm guilty of not doing so, which is why I failed to notice the charges of below $50 per month on our credit card bill.

It wasn't until we discovered the relentless and unauthorized charges that we decided to contact Zety for a refund. Unfortunately, their customer service wasn't exactly helpful. They seemed to be dodging our request, sending us generic and unhelpful responses. The only time we received an answer from them was on Trustpilot, where they replied publicly for a show.

I'm not gonna lie; the experience was frustrating and disappointing. We felt deceived and misled by Zety's business practices. We never intended to sign up for a membership that we didn't want or need. I advise you to stay away from this shady business if you don't want to go through the same ordeal that we did.

I initially signed up for Resume, but never asked for renewal of subscription. Why was my account debited with out my permissions, pls cancel it , i have a resume already why would a person need it again.
