I recently joined Zynga Texas Holdem and I really enjoy it but there is a problem . Why cant I send chip to buddies or cant i receive any?
I really like to know if there is a problem and I am not the only one complaining about it. Please let me know soon.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i think they have a limit to how much you can receive and send. My husband and my accounts do at least.

this is no fare for me who has been playing for so long.even there are more hacker and cheater palyer inside zynga.
On Friday 18.3.2011 i received a e-mail and message on my profile saying somebody was using my account and sto secure my e-mail and pass word so I checked it and secured it then on Saturday 19.3.2011 I went on to play texas poker and my 17.5 million chips had gone which were there on Friday the 18.3.2011 before I confirmed my e-mail and password as secure. I would really appreciate it if somebody could look into this for me and maybe refund me all or some of my chips back. I have supported facebook since 2009 and never had any problems until this and I'm not happy. Thanks for your time, please responde.

still cant send chips to my buddies
3 days ago when i wanted to play poker i saw this:
Your account has been banned.
Your poker account has been disabled due to Abuse.
If you believe this is an error, please contact customer support to request reactivation."
And everytime now when i want to play poker i cant i see that. I sent them e-mail to enable my account, but they just reply me with some auto answer. I dont want to create another facebook account i love my account i dont have much chips on that (only 10k) i just have a lot's of buddie list on that account. So my question here is...did anybode had the same problem like me? Will be that forever?
