I have entered my tracking number above. I received a message from track 17 saying my parcel has been received by me but I have received nothing. It says it was delivered 17/11/2022 at 10.31. It was purchased from a company called ZMASTERMINEPTE in Singapore. I have sent emails to them but they are not responding. I have attached a photo of the message I received saying its been received.

I ordered Christmas tree light they said they send the items 11/27/ and send my bank tracking number and so on but they never communicate with me never got this Christmas light til now and they charge me for this company is completely scam bags don’t buy anything to them they’re scamming people like crazy. They should be closed because they scammers company… emailed them never reply called my bank to dispute and now they recharge me saying they send to me the items. Scammers company….

They advertise cookware in tv here in the USA and they are total scammers! I placed an order for cookware with them and have yet to get a tracking number or the items and they sent a reply saying it was shipped but no tracking number! When you check your order number there’s nothing there! My issue is that the USA television networks allowed the advertisement without checking the validity of their credentials before allowing Americans to see it on tv and purchase so the USA is scamming us as well! God bless America….yeah right 😡😡😡
purchased a kitchen aid mixer in october. heard nothing. payment taken in November. no mixer as of today 1-1-2023.

It happened to me a well in November 2021. It was Pots and pans and accessories. You are correct in saying it's been delivered. What can we do? At wits end.

Same for me. Ordered a suitcase in November 2022 and it never arrived. They sent a fake tracking number to me as well.
I ordered make up table on 7 October 2022. I was charged £39.42 for it. I messaged company end October and was told it was on the way. It still hasn't arrived (now February 2022) and company are ignoring my messages. Absolute con in my opinion.
I had the same experience. I purchased a Welder on the 6th November 2022 for US&37.99.
To date no product has arrived and despite numerous emails and calls I have had no reply.
This site is horrible! I made a purchase SEVEN MONTHS ago and still have not received it. I have been emailing 'service@zmasterminepte.com' and, although they respond, I have not received any satisfaction and they REFUSE to refund my money. Twice they claim the package was delivered - unfortunately, it was delivered to someone else in another state that I do not know! What is our recourse? Are we protected in any way? I have certainly learned my lesson and from now on, I will only order from Amazon or other reputable companies. This company sucks.
I ordered Christmas tree Oct 2022 and still no tree. Have about 30 or more emails to them. They say it’s been delivered to Alaska, New York, and just today was told it was delivered to Denver. They put all the blame on Track 17. Scammers!
Same thing happened with me! Ordered a Christmas tree…they keep saying it was delivered, but I have nothing! The addresses show different addresses than mine, including states! 3 times now!
