I was led to believe that the charge was .25 USD for a one time question..

But when my PayPal bill came in, I noticed I was being charged USD 49 along with notice of a recurring monthly charge.

I have been charged for something I never agreed to purchase and I want the amount already paid to be fully refunded.

This is the first time I have encountered an issue with a PayPal charge

Desired outcome: I want a full refund of the money which has been charged to my account. and confirmation that the monthly charge has been truly canceled.
