Zucora review: Rip off

We bought 2 couches from Leon’s and were told great thing to get Zucora insurance as I have small kids so I don’t need to ever worry about stains, markers or anything. Just a call away to get it clean. Basically this company ripped me off. It been an almost year and I haven’t got any help. No one ever came to even take a look or clean. I wasted 500$ just to waste my time to write email and calls. Please stay away from Zucora Home. Rather have paid for something else.
