I saw these scooters on Facebook and showed my husband so we made the order in August ordered 2 scooters one yellow and one blue and I get these little mirrors and this is not what I ordered and I hope to get my money back somehow! This was on 8/04/2022 and was taking out on 8/8/2022 I have sent you what is on my bank statement hope this helps Also if I wanted to send them back no address or no phone number to send them back a total fraud company
Desired outcome: Put my money back into my account only option because they cheat people out of their money bad business good business as a crook or a theif

I also ordered the blue scooter, got loads of emails back and forward saying it had been delivered. I obviously told them it hadn’t and I checked with our Postal system with the tracking no they said to check their end as they definitely hadn’t received it. Was told they would send a replacement asap, then it was, we have such a high orders list and low staff at the mo so orders are taking longer than usual. Today over a year later I’ve received a large packet of teeth brushes which have come them. I never ordered or paid for these. Crazy
