The box they deliver cannot be locked with a conventional padlock or any form of secure padlock. The hasp holes are miniature size and deeply inset into the box to prevent the use of any normal padlock. The only lock that I can find that will fit is a miniature luggage/suitcase lock. This is obviously not secure at all.
So, I called them and waited on hold for over an hour before being able to speak to anyone to ask what specific model of lock can be used or how else to secure the box. Not only were they unhelpful, they tried to sell me contents insurance. When I declined, they put me on hold and disconnected. So, no locking door AND no customer service.
This company is operating a scam. The scam works like this:
A) Sell "secure" storage box rental.
B) Make it impossible to legitimately secure the contents.
C) Up-sell extremely expensive contents insurance in case your property is stolen out of their insecure box.
Recommendation: Avoid this company and their insurance scam
