11 Trading Company Bought an Onkyo receiver on 6/29

Bought an Onkyo receiver on 6/29. I set up a return within the 30 day window and shipped it back with the label they gave me. Onkyo got it and signed for it, but I still haven't gotten my money back. I tried calling and emailing, but nothing works. The new owners said they already gave me a refund, but my bank says they didn't.

11 Trading Company My receiver, the VSX-series, started having issues with the HDMI port, so I sought help desk support

My receiver, the VSX-series, began malfunctioning at the HDMI port, prompting me to contact support. They advised taking it to a service center 86 miles away for repair. I inquired about warranty coverage, noting Pioneer's website states "All Receivers model year 2016 or greater" have a 3-year warranty. The representative confirmed it was covered. However, after delivering my receiver, the service center informed me it wasn't under warranty. I was charged $75 for initial diagnostics, plus potential part replacement costs.

11 Trading Company I order #*** on 11/20/2022 and it say it delivered on 11/25/2022 but I never got it

I order #*** on 11/20/2022 and it say it delivered on 11/25/2022 but I never got it. I don't know what happened to my package but when I saw it was delivered, I called Onkyo. I called them a bunch of times but they didn't help me until they gave me an email to fix the problem. I sent an email on 12/02/2022 but they still haven't answered me. It's really annoying and I just want my money back for the thing I never got.

11 Trading Company I need a Pioneer rep to call me ASAP!

I need a Pioneer rep to call me ASAP! My A/V Receiver is under warranty and it's been at an authorized service center for over a month now. I dropped it off on 7/21/2022 and they still haven't given me an ETA. They're waiting on a response from the manufacturer, but that's not my problem. Pioneer needs to step up and help me out with this warranty item. I just want my product fixed so I can use it in my home theater. The claim check number is ***. 11 Trading Company I purchased an Onkyo receiver from 11 Trading Company, LLC a while back

I purchased an Onkyo receiver from 11 Trading Company, LLC a while back. Initially, I used it briefly before storing it. Due to reduced work hours from COVID, I planned to sell it for extra cash. However, upon testing, it malfunctioned. Research indicated this was a common issue. With my electrical engineering background, I identified the likely fault. Contacting 11 Trading Company for the defective PC board, they refused to sell the part, advising me to visit a Houston repair shop instead.

11 Trading Company I bought an Onkyo TX 8140 stereo receiver from 11 Trading Company, LLC on Jun 30 2021 for $474.94

I bought an Onkyo TX 8140 stereo receiver from 11 Trading Company, LLC on Jun 30 2021 for $474.94. But when I received the receiver, it was not working properly. I contacted the seller, Triplenet Pricing Inc, but they told me to contact the manufacturer for the warranty. So, I contacted Onkyo customer service at [protected]@11tradingcompany.com, and they asked me to send the receiver to an authorized service center. I sent it to Adams Electronics at [protected]@adamselectronics.com. But now, they are saying that they cannot cover the warranty because the receiver was sent by an unauthorized dealer. This has caused me a lot of stress and frustration, and I have spent hours online and extra money on shipping.

11 Trading Company I bought 2 Onkyo receivers (the last one was TX-NR686) in the last 5-7 years

I bought 2 Onkyo receivers (the last one was TX-NR686) in the last 5-7 years. Both of them broke down in just over 2 years. Each receiver cost $500+ and was installed by a professional as part of a home automation system with a TV matrix thru Control 4. At the end of 2018, the whole receiver stopped working after being just over 2 years old and sitting in a box for 8 months while moving houses. We bought a new Onkyo receiver at the end of 2018, which was installed in mid-2019, but the right surround output stopped working. When I called to troubleshoot, they told me it would be better to buy a new one. The Onkyo receivers are unreliable and have terrible customer service. I'm so frustrated and disappointed with the issues and their response after repeated failures. As consumers, should we have to replace products every 2 years?

I bought an Onkyo Integrated Amplifier model A from 11 Trading Company, LLC. It had good reviews for producing clean sound. The amplifier hasn't been used much and has been kept in a safe and airy place. When I tried to turn it on, the circuits were locked up. I tried everything but it didn't work. I contacted customer service and they told me to isolate the power and plug it directly into the wall, which I did. But the problem still persists. The Onkyo service rep said they don't have parts for this model anymore and offered me a 10% discount if I wanted to buy another amp. I'm disappointed that Onkyo doesn't support their high-quality equipment that costs over $500 and has limited use. It's a headache and a loss.

11 Trading Company I bought a Pioneer Elite SC-LX901 receiver from 11 Trading Company, LLC on 12/02

I bought a Pioneer Elite SC-LX901 receiver from 11 Trading Company, LLC on 12/02. The serial number is PJO001099UC and the MSRP was $3000. In April , the Height 2 channels broke and caused a fire in my ceiling, ruining my Polk Audio speakers. I know that I need to get the receiver fixed and I'm willing to drive a bit to do so, but there aren't any service centers nearby in the Northeast (NH). I reported the issue almost a year ago, but was told that local service centers were closed due to the pandemic. Pioneer doesn't have any record of my initial call. I've tried to contact them many times, but haven't gotten a solution or answer. I've sent them pictures of the damage and proof of purchase. I'm not looking for compensation for the damage, but I would expect them to at least pay for shipping or replace the faulty receiver. They haven't been willing to do either. My warranty expires in December.
