Hello, On July 1st, we verbally discuss that your services were no longer needed and we discuss termination of all services as of this dates. We received multiple verbal threats such as di-activation of the website multiple calls for payments, reporting to collection, credit history, etc. Please note that all these actions are recorded as being very unprofessional due to the facts that you always received payment at the time your services were needed. These guys definitely get five stars from me, Ive had Websites built by a few other people and it never seems to go How it should go. The ease of getting started is crucial for someone who is busy as I am. The kicker is though, with about *** hours of research and *** development training that I did myself, caused me to accidentally find out all these people who built my sites before did nothing with the *** almost nothing. Now Ive got *** as my tech guy and website designer he is very good with all of That. I'ts refreshing and nice to have someone who understands the ***. *** gets nine stars for his knowledge and helpfulness and understanding with communication.

This post is a retraction of the former complaint made with a w/one-star rating concerning 123website. I spoke with ***@123Website who I have had the awesome pleasure to work with for a while, he and I negotiated an agreement and I complied. This is an update as of 7/18/2022, my issue has/and is in the process of being resolved. Before going to the DA's office (this is how angry I have been), *** contacted me with his concerns and it was his standard of excellence that allowed us to conduct this matter in a business-like manner and he is the only one who has accomplished this.Your time and attention have been greatly appreciated relating to this matter.Thank You, my friend

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that 123website is the way of the future, especially for people like me with no techie skills to go on. Without ***, ***, ***, and a few others jumping in to enthusiastically and with integrity welcome me and enlighten me as to what to expect when developing my website, I would not have had my website up and running in one day. There was something about their approach that worked for me like nothing else. At first, I was skeptical and unsure of what to expect and wondered if I was going in over my head because past experience with so-called experts has been very stressful. The whole team at 123Websites acted professionally, knowledgeably, and attentively to help me achieve MY goal. In fact, I was quite startled at the ease with which my website was created, amended, and published in one day, with no effort from me. I would gladly recommend 123website just for the teamwork and knowledge base exhibited here.

This company is very deceiving. The representative I spoke with said that the company could conduct the services I needed. Once looking at my site I was taken back it was extremely incomplete. A bit disappointed. I had to send all the content, images, etc. If I am paying the company, I shouldn't have to do all the work. I needed some services done and they would give me a link to go to and once you do that call us back. I didn't pay for DIY! I was already doing that. Long story short. I will not utilize them again. No refund. They said they did the website but actually I did except for 1 image/template.Once confronted with my concerns they kept me on hold for over 15 minutes I guess they thought I was just going to hang and let them off the hook. Your word should be your bond to your customers and 123 websites dropped the ball on this. I don't appreciate repeating myself over and over to a different representative every time. I'm going to run the other way now since I know better. I'm done! Treat people the way you want to be treated. So displeased.

I clearly have stopped paying you cause you double *** me wouldn't take my call wouldn't explain why my *** was doubled I have 1 website As I also learned on my secondary website that's on another payment you guys didn't even have a connected so that I would be able to get hits at the website not made one dime not got 1 connection on my connection on my plumbing site at all so why would I give you guys any more money I'm getting ready to file a suit to get the thousands of dollars that I paid *** and did not see any results I just cannot believe that you can pay $2000 Over a 30 days and not get one hit so I had somebody to research my site and they said it wasn't even connected right so that it would connect with the media grid so you guys are simply A Fraud My site was not even connected to the *** Drive I have ASEO looking over my account he says I've been frauded all the money we've paid there's been no activity because it wasn't placed properly we expect you to do what we don't know how to do and you don't do it for us so you rob us willingly

I told them exactly what I wanted for my website, but after a lot of going back and forth, they still didn't get it right. It was a total waste of time and money. When I asked for a refund, they refused to give it to me. This is not right and it feels like a scam.

I hired 123 to make me a cool website so I could raffle off my antique MB/michaelpalton.com. When it was done and ready to go, I found out that I couldn't post it without a license to hold a raffle. Since then, I found a way to make it work. However, 5 months ago, I told 123/April to stop all monthly hits until I give her the go-ahead to go live. She agreed to this and was supposed to credit my account for one month's payment. It turns out that they've been charging my account all along: $900. I want my money back. 123websites.com/michaelpalton.com are a bunch of crooks.
