Made an on line purchase on June 26, 2023, for battery service. Had canceled the purchase minutes later as my neighbor said he could do the work. I have called the company 3 times, only to get "it will take 7 to 10 days for the refund", or, "the money should have already been credited back to my banking account, which it was not, per my bank. I have emailed and text the company. No help, only run around. My order # is 52588 for the purchase totaling 302.80.
