I feel it is important to share my recent experience with 1BoxOffice to highlight the need for fair and professional practices in the workplace.
Despite repeatedly requesting company policies, rules, and regulations, they were never provided during my employment.
After resigning on 18th November 2024, I was relieved immediately the next day without any prior discussion, notice period, or meeting to clarify my resignation terms.
Follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages regarding my final settlement and 2-month notice period compensation have gone unanswered.
I have attached reference emails and messages below as proof of my efforts to communicate and resolve this professionally.
Ignoring employee concerns and cutting off communication is unacceptable. Every employee deserves:
Clear policies and expectations from day one.
Transparent handling of resignations, notice periods, and settlements.
Respectful and open communication channels during and after employment.

1BoxOffice is trying to evade their responsibility. Continue pressuring them through letters and if that fails then go for lawsuits for the money owed. Don’t let them off the hook.
