Fake Reviews Posting by John Darer
John Darer keeps posting fake reviews about himself in a scheme to bump up and improve his status as a structure settlement planner and broker. He is not licensed in all 50 states but advertises online to every one. He has been promoting fake reviews to try and cover up a lawsuit he was involved in attacking a female leader in the space. As part of the #METOO movement it is important in the year sine Roe v Wade was overturned that we stand up against misogynistic men and let them know that it's my body my choice not My Body John Darers choice on what women can and can't do in the annuity and insurance industry. Be very careful as John Darer and his company 4Structures has been outed for using fake names and is allegedly being investigated for PPP fraud in the state of Connecticut according to a complaint lodged about the company.
Desired outcome: Stop posting fake reviews promoting John Darer

john darer - unethical structured settlement services
After I won a lawsuit my lawyer put me in contact with John Darer of www.4structures.com to put my winnings into a structured settlement. Mr. Darer is supposedly an expert in setting up a structured settlement.
The structured settlement that John Darer put me in is totally NOT sufficient for my needs. I explained this from the get go but Mr. Darer didn't seem to care.
I am now stuck with small payments for the rest of my life yet I can't pay my bills. The tax stuff was never explained to me by Mr. Darer. To be honest nothing was ever explained to me.
It is very insulting that the judge and my lawyer thought that I wouldn't be able to do the right thing with my settlement and they pushed me to deal with John Darer.
I have tried to get Mr. Darer to change my settlement payment terms but he just blows me off. I am so fed up with his snobby attitude. He treats me like he has made his money off of me and since he can't make a new settlement (and make more money) now I am just a pain to him.
I even emailed him copies of my overdue bills and he just ignored my emails. After about 20 calls to him begging for him to help me he told me to call JG Wentworth. I called them and the figure they gave me was only for a fraction of what my initial settlement was for.
The JG Wentworth representative said that was the most that they could offer. They also said that "John Darer has a reputation in the industry for being an unprofessional, psycho and a real jerk".
WELL THAT'S JUST WONDERFUL! - LUCKY ME!
I hope that this helps someone else out there not to trust John Darer with your settlement proceeds because I feel like I am being victimized over and over and over again.

As we close in on one of John Darer's defamers the perpetrator is getting very desperate. on May 8, 2012 t the defamer submitted complaints on both Pissed Consumer.com, [redacted] and Complaints.com. The joke is on the submitter of the fake complaints, and the operators of the websites [redacted].com adt.pissedconsumer.com, because all 3 posts posts were precisely the same word for word, were both submitted within minutes of each other on May 8, 2012, and the Pissed and Ripoff.com came from "people" of different sexes, separated by 3, 000 miles. (2, 000 or so of which is ocean ).
It is worth noting that Pissed Consumer profits off the fake complaint and has no fewer than 7 in-line advertising key word links in the fake complaint about our company.
The story told is similar to a fake complaint that appeared on a website anonymously registered on February 8, 2012 in Nassau, Bahamas and April 10, 2012 switched to a Panama registration, a country that does not subscribe to the Hague Service Convention and hosts in Malaysia. The places to go if you have something serious to hide.

Yes agreed John Darer has been known to post fake complaints against competitors in order for him to try to steal their business away fro them. He uses deceit and lies to try and attract new clients.
I've been harassed for years by John Darer. He is a bully and not somebody you should ever work with if you see how he acts. I've asked around the community about him as well and not one person has ever said anything good about John Darer. The Fact that he's posting on a complaint site trying to promote himself is extremely low class. I think that says enough but this guy.
