I used 614 Exteriors for the first time. I was very happy with the total experience. I worked with Shawn Grossman and he made the process easy. The job was done on time, the area was left clean and the roof looks good. I would use them again.

Keith was very quick to come help us out with a roof leak. He was very easy to talk to and easy to work with. Keith was honest and straightforward about the problem and did not over charge us for the repair when it was a simple fix. We even learned more about our roof in the process. We will be using 614 Exteriors for work in the future, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends!

Keith is fantastic. He is prompt, thorough, and personable. He did repairs to my roof, siding, and chimney. He successfully matched my existing shingles and siding. Keith also went out of his way to also fix my gutters and offer me advice on how to prevent future problems. He is focused on helping people, not on making money off of them. I highly recommend him to anybody in the Columbus area.

I've worked with other contractors before and not seen the level of professionalism that 614 Exteriors has. They go out of their way to make sure all the details of a problem are resolved. The owner; Keith, didn't even have a product needed for one of my repair issues, but he searched through suppliers he knew to find that product. Then his team completed the repair without a major tear out; looks brand new. Great customer service before, during, and after the work is done. Top notch people.

614 Exteriors did an excellent job replacing my roof and gutters. Josh T M was very responsive and was on top of the job, ensuring I was happy and the job was being done correctly and in a timely manner. I am extremely happy with the outcome and the way the job looks. The price was the best by far and after the job was completed Josh still reached out to make sure I was satisfied and happy. I have and will still recommend this company to anyone looking for any repairs to be completed on their house.

Absolutely Wonderful It was great working with Josh Mendoza. He was always there to answer my calls or texts. Which is important to me as a client. He was super helpful with our process especially in these difficult times as we are going through this Coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic. The roofing crew were great as well. I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with 614 Exteriors and especially with Josh Mendoza there claims specialist. I was truly lucky to notice 614 Exteriors doing a roof for a neighbor down the street from my home. I called the number on the sign and was promptly contacted by Keith who arraigned to meet me the next morning. We have smaller houses in this part of Worthington and I had been given an outrageous ballpark price from another roofing company worthy of a much bigger house. It was pretty clear that Keith and company are the real thing and want to do it right in every way. Less than a month later the crew was at my place and on the roof doing the tear off at 7:00 am. They had it removed, carted away, deck repairs in, new flashing, drip edge and roof all installed by noon, the crew cleaned up packed up everything and were gone by 1:30 PM. Pretty amazing stuff. I'm quite pleased with my roof, the price, and will certainly call 614 Exteriors if I ever need another.

When it came time for a new roof I asked my friend, “What company did you use for your home?". My friend, who is very critical and detail oriented, strongly recommended Keith at 614 Exteriors. So, I gave Keith a call. After meeting with Keith, I did not bother getting additional estimates because he; answered all my questions, knew my price range for my neighborhood, I saw the quality of work on my friend's house, and he was genuine in assisting me with the decision-making. The day came for the new roof, it when flawlessly. The roofing crew used tarps to collect any debris from falling in the lawn and flower beds, which is important to me because I do not want anyone to step on a nail. When I went up on the roof to check things out the foreman explained to me the changes I requested and the necessary updates. By the end of the day, everything was as if they were not there minus the new roof. In my opinion, 614 Exteriors is second to none. Keith is a constant professional.
