I live in Ambassadors East Condo in Highland Beach, FL. Aaxon Laundry Systems provides washer/dryers here, and I've been using them without any issues for over 4 months. They give you a card where you can load funds. On March 11, I loaded $20 onto the card using my credit card, and it shows a $20 payment to Aaxon. However, my card now shows a balance of zero. I've sent texts and left many voicemail messages for Aaxon, and I've also asked the management company for assistance. But Aaxon has completely ignored all my requests. Can someone please help me out? Thanks.

Deceivin. Wen I leased an app operated washer and dryer at the beginin of this year the salesperson told me the only charges were $30 per machine, never did he mention there were extra charges for the modem and some other charge, which is an additional 60% of what I was initially quoted. Not even wen I asked him did he mention it. He assured me there was no other charges. I am now stuck in a five year lease having to front that extra cost when I'm barely making ends meet with the Airbnb. They refuse to give me an itemized statement so I could verify their figures are correct. They only provide a statement summary which I highly doubt is correct. I hope this review helps someone reconsider using their services as their business practices and their bait and switch tactics are dishonest at best.

I wanna say, this company is like, ZERO STAR material. I've been living at Imperial Pointe Colonnades for like, 21 years, and never had a problem with anyone or anything, ya know?
But man, this Aaxon laudrymat in our buildings is a total rip-off. Their app straight up steals your money, man. If you don't check your balance real careful, they'll take your cash every time you do laundry. So, I called 'em up on 6/14 and talked to this lady named ***. I told her I should have $9 on the app, but I only got $7. She took down my complaint and emailed me a copy on 6/14, which I got saved.
But guess what? Nobody from the company even bothered to contact me, so I had to go to their place in person on 6/21. I brought their card with just a dollar left on it, and I talked to this lady named ***. Let me tell ya, she's a real piece of work, man. So, I gave her back the card and asked for a full refund of $9 from the app, making it a total of $10 that should go back to my American Express card. She signed on it on June 21, and gave me a printed copy.
But here we are, July 6th, and my AMX card still ain't been refunded, man. I even called AMX to check if the refund went through before writing this complaint, and they told me it ain't done. AMX usually credits right away when the merchant does it, ya know? They even offered to give me back my $10 'cause I've been a loyal customer for like, 35 years. But I turned 'em down, man. It's about principle for me. I want Aaxon to give me my $10 back, like they promised. I got it in writing from ***. It was supposed to be done on June 21.
If they don't sort this out, I'm gonna contact the State Attorney, man. They better believe it.

This company is the absolute worst!
This company is the absolute worst! Their so-called "customer service" is non-existent. I've tried calling them multiple times, but either nobody answers or the person who does answer is completely useless. My machine stopped working three weeks ago, so I decided to buy a card and put money on it. But guess what? The card didn't work either! The money was taken out of my checking account, but it wasn't added to the machine. It's impossible to get any help from them. Do they even have employees? This whole situation is beyond frustrating!

The place I'm at got one of those laundry machines where you pay as you go with a time card. So, I go ahead and put a $20 bill in there about 4 months ago, but guess what? The darn machine takes my money and doesn't give me any time on my card. I've tried reaching out to Aaxon through phone and email so many times, but they just straight up ignore me when I ask for my money back. And get this, it's not just me, other folks in my building have had the same issue and they haven't gotten their money back either. Now, $20 might not seem like a big deal to some, but for an old timer like me on a tight budget, that's a whole lot of dough. Can you lend a hand here? Thanks a bunch.

The clothes dryer in building G, first floor, keeps breaking down. It's one of those card-operated systems where you load money onto a card at a central terminal. But lately, it's been acting up and showing Code 61, refusing to work. This has happened 4 times in the past 5 months, and it's really frustrating. Every time I've reported it, nobody comes to fix it for at least a week. I've even asked for a replacement because it's clearly faulty, but nothing has been done. I don't know what they do when they come to fix it, but whatever it is, it's not working. I've attached a picture with the machine number and an 800 number.

Aaxon is the company that services our laundry in our building. I have attached a picture showing how *** and sharping dangerous our washing machine is. I requested a change, but I haven't received any answer. We have an 85-year-old senior in our building who uses the machine every day. I covered the *** machine with tape to prevent her from getting hurt or cutting herself. Now the washing machine is leaking and our laundry is flooding. I don't want anyone to fall and break a bone because this business doesn't care at all. We have called many times, but nobody answers the phone. I contacted the *** and they said they can't do anything because Aaxon owns all the machines. Please help my community with this issue. I would really appreciate anything your agency can do for us. was our sales associate we were working with. He would answer the phone, get back to us with any questions we had. We signed a contract with him. It all looked good. Until the day the machines were delivered. We literally havent heard back from anyone at the company since that day back in November. We were allowing Aaxon to come in and replace our coin operated washers and dryers with new ones. Aaxon provided the units and maintenance for them. We provided the space. The profits would be shared. We were supposed to have credit card readers as our business is a Rv campground and a majority of tenants are seniors. They arent tech savvy. We also needed an override code or someway of the housekeeping staff to access a machine. The machines were delivered without the readers and one washer was delivered broken. The delivery person said he would be back to fix or replace the broken washer and could add the readers. That was on November 16 2022. I have placed many calls, emails and texts to both *** and the company without any response. To date I havent seen one dime of the profit share from these two laundry rooms located ON MY BUSINESS. I am hoping ComplaintsBoard.com will be more successful in reaching them than I have for the last 4 months.

We got washers and dryers in our building at the laundry rooms. Gotta buy a card for $5.00 and put money on it to use the machines. After a year, my card stopped working on 07/02/2022. The folks at *** Condominiums told me to get a new card and contact Aaxon for a refund. Sent the card to Aaxon and asked for my money back. Got the card back in an envelope with a note saying "need to buy new card". I called Aaxon many times at ***-260-0528 Service ***, and ***. Left messages and sent a bunch of emails to *** since July 02, 2022. Still haven't heard anything or gotten my money back. The card had about $11.75 on it, and I had to spend $5.00 for a new card. They gotta have a computer thingy to check how much money was on the card. It's not a ton of money, but it adds up for them to keep it. I think they should give it back, it's like fraud or something to keep it. I'm super disappointed about this and as a retired person living alone, it's a lot of money for me, especially when everything's so expensive these days. I'd really appreciate your help.

Aaxon owes me a refund after one of its washing machines messed up, but no one will respond to me. Im a tenant at Wilton House Apartments in Wilton Manors, which uses Aaxon laundry systems. About 5am on January 20th, I lost $1.75 to machine AAA-1736 on the second floor of building G at Wilton House Apartments. The machine messed up and never filled with water. It started displaying an error code of E nFLo ... Out of order. I went to the machine downstairs, which was displaying the same message, so it must have messed up on someone else. I quickly found a working machine in the building next to me and had to start getting ready for work. When I got home that evening, both machines were still out of order, so I submitted repair requests for each machine, along with a refund request, via the Aaxon website. Automated responses confirmed that both of the service requests and the refund request were submitted by me and received by Aaxon. I noticed that I mistyped one digit of my phone number on my refund request; however my phone number was correct on both service requests and Aaxon also has my email address. At some point during the next few days, the machines were repaired, but no one ever contacted me about the refund request. I waited a few more days, and on January 26th, I resubmitted my refund request, and indicated that it was my second attempt to obtain my refund. I also sent an email to ***@aaxon.com which was the only email address listed anywhere on Aaxons website, and I found a number meant for texting service requests, so I sent a text request for my refund. I still havent heard anything from anyone. Today, January 29th, I called the Aaxon office multiple times, and chose a different option each time, until I finally got someone to answer. The woman said she would send my information to the service department, and someone would be calling me soon. I still havent been contacted, and I dont believe anyone at Aaxon has any intention of contacting me. When I checked Aaxons ComplaintsBoard.com record, I found numerous complaints of the same issue and decided to file my own complaint. It seems Aaxon has responded when customers get the ComplaintsBoard.com involved, so I hope to have the same results. I know $1.75 isnt a lot of money, but its still my money and I wont my refund. Its troubling to see a company is ignoring refund requests repeatedly from its customers and forcing many customers to file a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com just to get a response.
