Acai Berry Miss represented Free Trial

BEWARE - Here is the wording from their website - this is not [protected]@!
Start your FREE Trial now to receive a full one-month supply of Acai Berry Supreme (retail price for $119.95). You'll have 15 days from the date your order ships to evaluate the product and see the results for yourself. If you enjoy the formula, simply do nothing. You will be billed the super low price of $88.62 at the end of your 15-day trial period ... a 26% savings! If, for ANY reason, you decide that Acai Berry Supreme is not for you, simply call [protected] by January 29, 2009 and return the unused portion. You will NEVER be billed. Unless you call to cancel, you'll continue to get a fresh one-month supply of Acai Berry Supreme every 30 days for the low price of $88.62 (+$5.95 shipping)... a 26% discount! Cancel anytime.

==========================================

You sign up for a free trial for ~$5 and are sent a bottle of 60 pills... but you are only given 14 days of free trial... and a charge for $$78.81 shows up on your credit card for the remainder of the pills... that are in the bottle from the free trial...
The next month a bottle shows up at your address and another charge of $83.80 is charged to you...

They say there is wording in the terms you click OK on that explains this... Hard part is - try to find the website after you sign up for the free trial... they must put a cookie on your computer to keep you from going back to the same site to look at the "wording" of the contract.

Got my money back... they still charged me $18 for the trial product that I had used...

Here is the wording from their website - THIS IS NOT FREE>>>>>

Acai Berry visa charged for product not ordered

I am constantly receiving bottles of an herbal supplement (Acai Berry that was included in an order from a firm, Naturally Young, distributed by Herbal Groups, Inc. (phone number [protected]) The company, Herbal Groups, included the bottle of Acai berry in my original order and they are now stating that they are not affiliated with this afore mentioned company. I am being charged an exorbitant amount -taken from my checking account- for products I do not need-I HAVE ENOUGH. THIS ACTIVITY IS TOTALLY WRONG, AND I WISH TO FILE A COMPLAINT.
Thank you

L. Savage

I am also dealing with the company and bottle of the supplements that I found more than useless. I called within the 14 days cancellation period and was told I didn't have an account...but they sure found the account when the billed me for the next bottle. This is such a rip-off because they don't speak English well enough to understand us and then we can't understand them! I am so frustrated because the email address that I was given (same as listed above helpdesk@natural-acai-berry.com doesn't work). I am going to send Dr. Oz and Oprah an email since it was there show that gave this product validity in the first place.

I am ALSO a victim of the Natural Acai Berry Dietary Supplement scam. I am one UNHAPPY customer as well. I have been trying unsuccessfully to put an END to the shipments as my only interest was the "free trial" which I admit I did apply for. I received a call from a rep of the company who was extremely rude and all the while I told her that I DID NOT WANT this product, she kept talking over me asking "do you understand what I have read" and even though I said NO! I received the product anyway. When the product arrived there was NO INVOICE, no note, no return address, no NOTHING! I have emailed and called to no avail. I was told when I got through to Rowena from online live assistance that they have no record of my order. Well sure as heck SOMEBODY has it because I'm getting billed. I thank you for the additional phone number of [protected] and will be calling that as well as my credit card company to dispute the charges. Oh and the website of www.natural-acai-berry.com is useless.
Thanks for listening,
Catherine

I too ordered the acai berry and it didn't work for me. I have been tring to cancel future shipments by calling the [protected] supplied on the website and bottle, but always get that it is out of service or cannot be reached in my calling area. I went back to the website and it doesn't contain any information on how to contact the company. I think this is wrong and I think someone should check into this. I am so glad I found this complaint site. I tried the [protected] and I got through to a representive and he assured me I would not receive any more shipments. After calling I also had to press 1 to talk to someone. Thank you so much Upset, you really helped me out.

Same problem. Spoke to a rep who was totally unconcerned and couldn't get his words right. Tried to sell me a lie and claimed I agreed and blah. I strictly only wanted to conversate about how to get my money back and told him I wasn't interested in any other explanations about the product and previous transactions. It's too obvious that this company is playing mindgames. Eventually the rep (David) claimed he cancelled the order and I would be refunded for charges. I'll just wait and see. Don't trust them.

Following the advice of a comment above, I called [protected] and cancelled all orders. I could only get through by pressing number one instead of two. I was given a cancellation number and the name of the person to whom I was talking. I sure hope this works. The man on the phone assured me that it would. I am also calling my credit card office to put a stop on further charges. If they say that they can't, I will close the account!

Acai Berry cancellation impossible by telephone numbers provided: [protected], [protected]

I received my trial bottle of what was supposed to be Power Flush 500 for a 14-day trial period at 3.95 billed to my C.C. I actually received a product labeled COLON Cure with 15 capsules. It has been less than the 14 day trial period of time and I tried numerous times this A.M. (1-13-09) to contact the vendor using the above posted numbers with no success; message manager announced that "the computers are down, try again in 45 minutes"...I tried to contact them by using the numbers posted on this blog to no avail either...
I contacted by credit union and canceled my debit card that was used for this transaction reporting it as a stolen card. This should end my adventure in to this product land...jeeze...i hope...
I am considering this a very valuable learning lesson for myself...thank goodness I didn't put this charge on an open credit card!
p.s. I filed a complaint against this vendor by using the on-line complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office as well.
End.

I agree totally. This is a scam. Be very careful. The terms are on a separate page in small print. The terms say you will be charged $89.31 for a 30 day supply every MONTH, thereafter. When you try to cancel the phone is answered by someone with a very thick accent that you cannot understand. They will not credit your account. May have to close it out completely. It also says that your sign up for Fit Factory newletter for $29.95 +1.77 each month thereafter. Also, a 21 day bonus trial to PriceLimbo for $8.51 a month thereafter. Don't know what to do. Will never trust anything on line again.

This is a total scam! Buyer beware! I got the free trail of the Colon Cure. No where, and I mean no where do the ads (on computer) say you will be charged automatically a huge sum of $89.00 after 15 days and then continuing every month. They also sign you up automatically for a newletter and a Fit program online at a cost of $29.00 per month. I am reporting them to the BBB and Attorney General for wire fraud.

I authorized a $ 3.95 charge for shipping and handling of trial sample of ACAI BERRY and that was all in December, now in January I receive another bottle of this product which I did not order or authorize . I have tried to call two phone numbers [protected] and [protected], at both I got message that all agents were busy and wait would be 3 to 5 minutes. Well I have never got answer at either number. Tomorrow I will try again, if no answer I will take copies of all the complaints on the web site to my lawyer and see what he suggest. I am waiting to also contact my credit card people on this matter. What a shame that you have someone that has nothing better to do than run a scam on people.

I am also having problems with the same company! I also had ordered the free trial of acai berry and I have been charged 2 payments of $87.13, and a payment of $49.95, for a total of $224.21 in one month! I had to cancel my card to keep them from taking out any more! I sent back the bottles they had sent me, and spoke to one supervisor, Shawn with the ID# SUP-04, and he told me that I should receive my refund with in a couple of weeks, and that was in August! It is now, Sept. and still no refund! I have called back several times, and have faxed them the acai berry bottle confirmation numbers along with the USPS Tracking Numbers on each returned item, and a copy of my bank statement proving that I had not received it, and then I spoke to a different supervisor that told me that my time is now up to receive my refund and will not be refunded back to me. Then, they tried saying that they had not received the products I sent back. I have to agree, that this is ###! And Something should be done! I read that Lmmitchell said that they were going to file a complaint with their bank. If someone could please let me know how that is done, I would be so grateful. I have spoke to my bank, First and Farmers on several occasions, and they have not helped at all. All they say is that, "There is nothing we can do." If there is a lawsuit filed or anything done about this, Please let me know. I would like to be involved, and I have proof of Confirmation Numbers, and receipt of delivery for the Acai berry. My email is lindapowell28@yahoo.com. Surely, there is something that can be done!

I ordered this too! On the website it stated the Acaiberry detox pills as a FREE TRIAL, but within a month, my credit card was getting charger way more than the shipping&handling price. I called up the company and tried to cancell any affiliations I got myself into, but they said that once I ordered the "free" sample, other companies sort of tag-teamed my credit card, charging me even more. I think that you should definitely file a law suit against this company, and something needs to be done to stop such scams from occuring.

Ok here is my story, in December I ordered the free trial of the Acaiberry product and only paid the $5.95 shipping and handling, that was all I was asked to pay (because well, it's a free trial product, duh). I got my bank statement for January and they had charged $87.13 to my account without my knowledge because supposedly I signed up for a membership when I ordered the free trial product, that makes no sense to me, the purpose of the free trial product was to test out the product and see if I liked it, that makes sense, right?

So anyway, I called the Acaiberry company/FWM laboratories [protected]) to tell them I did not not want to receive the product any more, so they canceled my membership which I was unaware of having, and did not agree to sign up for and told me they would refund me for the that charge of $87.13, I also sent back the free bottle I received and never received any product from them again. It is now the middle of February and I still haven't received my money back for that product they charged me for that I did not receive.

When they charged me the $87.13 it caused my bank account to go negative because I was unaware that they would be charging me monthly and I was not prepared for it and if I had known they were going to do that I would have never even tried the free trial.

I also ordered the free trial of the herbal pills that came with it from another company all I paid was the $3.95 shipping and handling that was asked, they granted me my refund of $99.86 that was charged to my bank account the same way Acaiberry charged me, but how come the Acaiberry company won't refund my money? I have called the FMW laboratories several times and they said the refund was given back to me on the 29th of January and that it is my bank that is holding on to the refund, it is now February 11th and my bank has NEVER taken this long to process a refund. I also asked the FWM laboratories the last time I called about this (which was less than an hour ago) if they could send me a hard copy letter stating that they have processed my refund on their part but this is what I was told by the FMW/Acaiberry representative named Alex "It is not in my interest to so, I can not do that for you, but I assure your refunded has been processed on our part."

So, from what I am hearing, I'm getting a told a big fat lie by this company and I'm really pissed. If they issued the refund then they should have no problem sending me a letter stating they did so, and proving to me that they did give me my refund.

If anyone else is having this problem or any trouble related this this company

please email me at: tabitha018@yahoo.com

I am pretty positive that I am not the only person who is going through this with this company.

I would really like to talk and I need to find out how to go about this situation, because I'm about ready to file a lawsuit on this company. Also, I can never find anyone in that company that speaks good English, it's very frustrating, no offense to people with poor English language, but as far as this company goes, it seems like they do it on purpose so they can turn my words around on me. They are keeping my money illegally, and I want my money back now, they don't deserve to keep my money and I'm am NOT going to pay for anything I didn't receive.

Acai Berry sent a bottle and charged my credit card without my knowledge

I received a bottle of Acai Berry in the mail that I never ordered. I looked online for information and found it was a scam. I then checked my credit card and found other companies within the last couple days had charged my card without my knowledge. I had to close my credit card account and the fraud dept is checking on these charges.

Where to begin...What a total nightmare!

I did order a FREE trial of Acai Berry (only pay shipping of $4.99) on 2/11/09. On 2/12/09 I received a phone call to confirm the trial offer, during the conversation the guy assured me that I would only be charged the $4.99 shipping cost and once the order had shipped my 14 day trial would begin. My trial order arrived on 2/20/09 but my husband was furious told me it was a scam and told me to send it back and cancell. The day after I recieved another bottle from A.S.N based in Torrance, CA, I was furious and rang right away, complained cancelled the whole thing, recieved cancellation codes and sent it ALL back. I thought that was the end of it...

Today, March 9th I come home to yet another bottle, this time from CCM Fulfillment Center in LV. I called them and totally lost it...It turns out that a company called Outbound Marketing has my/your information and is obviously working for several companies that distribute the Acai Berry pills. The lady gave me yet another cancellation code, told me to send the pills back and they will refund my $86.85. They have nothing to do with the original company that I placed the trial order with so I was totally confused as to how they got my information, and charged my credit card without my consent.

I am sending my story to Oprah, Rachael Ray and Fox News channel to find out if they do promote this stuff since their pictures are splashed all over the websites, saying that they swear by it and have used it.

I'm hoping that this nightmare is over for me but I'm not holding my breath...

I had received today, February 17th the same product shipped by the Company CCM Fulfillment Center - 1930 Village Center Circle # 3 - 108, Las Vegas, NV 89134, we never ordered the product, never visited any website or made any order by phone, our credit card as well was fraudulently charged, we already cancelled the credit card with our bank, but it is not only a matter to cancel the credit card, it is important that every one that is having the same problem file a complaint with Nevada Attorney General Office, it can be done on line at the following address: http://ag.state.nv.us/org/bcp/complaint.htm

It is clear that whomever is doing this is using a very complex scam, once if you observe the envelope, there is a Salt Lake City - Utah Permit number 6146 to mail the products, so actually, I believe all this has been shipped fom Salt Lake City, not Las Vegas and they are using different address to not be caught.

The website someone had mentioned is https://secure.acaiberry1500.com/, the address in on the bottle label, as well as a phone # [protected]. They advertise within the terms and conditions the same address posted on the envelope, so, print everything and make sure you file a complaint with Nevada Attorney General Office, at least to make sure other people will not go through the same problem apparently we are all going through.

Agree, I just received this stuff and I never ordered it. No invoice or receipt. Same exact address. Same product. Yes, I just got off the phone and also had to close my credit card.

The only thing I have used this card for was a Select Comfort bed in December. Nothing else for 6 months. I wonder if their records got hacked or if Mastercard got hacked. The bed was NOT an online purchase. I made it at the mall in a store.

There were 2 charges on the card and I did not make them - totaling $102

Acai Berry CANCELLED THE DAY I RECEIVED IT, BUT THE $29.95 CAME OUT 12/30/08 ANYWAY.

The day I received the Acal Berry trial supply, I immediately cancelled it. I didn't want the $29.95 coming out of our checking account and I never should have ordered it because we live on our Social Security and that isn't much. Realizing I had made a mistake by ordering, I did the only thing I knew to do and cancelled the order the same day I received the product. I received my bank statement today and on 12/20/08 the $29.95 was taken out causing us to be overdrawn and adding a $25.00 charge to our account.
Please I beg of you return the money into our account as soon as you can. We are having a hard time and that would help us.
Thank you

I, too was scammed out of 87.13 plus 2 bank charges of 35.00 each because of this debit - I never received the "FREE" product, or any phone calls, but was still debited that amount. I have place several calls, only was able to talk to someone one time- David Lopez, he gave me the same crap- refund within 7 days and a confirmation number- guess what? 15 days later, no refund and no one answers the phone- if they do, you are on hold forever and I tried calling from 2 phones at once. Beware- do not order from them.
I am going to my bank again today- they say I have to wait 30 days for them to look into it- 30 days from their promise to repay account- but I'm taking all this info fromthis site and my notes and going early- it can't hurt and I need my money back- some people do real work for a living and unfortunatly this company is not one of them.

This crap happened to me just recently! I ordered the sample with just the shipping fee, and a month later, I was billed 40.00 dollars on my bank account and also charged a non sufficient funds fee for not having enough in my bank account. I am so mad about this and have reported this to my bank, so that they will not allow this transaction.

Acai Berry scam

I just nipped the acai berry scam in the bud. I checked to see when I would be getting my order which was done on 12/29 and that is when I read two different procedures within the terms and conditions. In one statement you can try the free trial for 15 days and cancel and keep the remaing amount. In another statement they say you must cancel and return the unused portion or you will receive additional shipments. The problem is, the shipping time is included in the trial period of 15 days. Today is 109 and I still haven't received the free trial. I read all of the complaints here and called my credit card company immediately. The authorization was on file so I will have to pay the 5.95. Luckily, I will not go through all of the additional charges. I did however, get through and cancelled the order anywayand told the person that I was unhappy with what I was reading - it didn't phase her at all and did not even try to question me about why I thought it was a scam. I am glad I read these complaints in time.

I also was scammed by mytrendybag.com. I am working with my credit card company to deal with this matter now. I am no longer able to contact them via email. All emails are rejected from their support department. They grabbed a little over $300 from me for a Prada bag. It was supposed to be a gift. What a total embarrassment. If anyone has more information on them it would be greatly appreciated. This behavior is ludicrous!

Hi Saryk,

I was scammed by mytrendy.com as well. I am currently dealing with this problem but when I try to contact mytrendybag.com there is no response from them at all. Is there any chance you can provide some more information about your experiences with mytrendybag.com?

thanks!

Well I was just scammed. I had question my wife about the $88.62 charge and she had no idea. So I called my bank and told me that sometimes mistakes happen. But she had said to wait and see. Well the charge went through and it was Acaiberryultimate. This is what it looked like online MYACAISUPERF.

My bank is good about getting people like this, so I should get a refund.

But I have done thousands of online transactions since the internet began. In the last 2 months I have been scammed twice. mytrendybags.com is another to watch for. But these are the only two that have every hit me.

Acai Berry Shipping and Charging Credit Card without Authorization

I tried the Acai Product that was being offered for a one month free but you had to pay $5.95 for shipping. I decided I didn't like the product and called the company to cancel any further shipments. Before I knew another shipment came on 12/7/08 which I did not authorize. I tried to obtain info via their website (mytrialsupport.com) since it was virtuality impossile to get someone on the phone for over two weeks. I submitted a complaint and tried to inquire how to send back the shipment and to get reimbursed. Their website support offered general information when they responded back to me and did not give me the info I needed. I finally got a hold of someone on December 30th, 2008 and when i did the gentleman who was foreign and had trouble understanding English told me to reship the package back to the SNL Nutrition located in Boca Raton Florida and gave me a return shipment number. So i reshipped the package back along with a memo and the Ref # the gentleman provided me explaining to reimbursement back the monies that was owed to me. On January 8th, 2009, don't I get my credit card statement comes with two different charges totally $183.19 when I only received a one month supply, not two. I decided to call the credit card company to instruct them not to pay any monies to SFL Nutrituin or Acai Berry Formula or WACAIBerry (this is how it was reflecting on my statements on two seperate lines). The Credit Card company was very understanding and we decided to cancel out the card altogether so they can not charge me again. However, when I was on the phone with my credit card carrier, I got an email from ebizprograms.com (where it says you can not reply to this email) stating that my order was received and it was shipped.

This company is fradulent and nothing but a big scam. I now will need to fill out a fraud report, supply the credit card company with copies of all the information along with the fradulent charges and have these charges investigated. However, I was reassured by the credit card company that they will not release any payments to this company without my authorization. Which gave me some solice.

Next I plan on taking this further to the better business bureau and our local television stations to investigate. I know I was the one to inquire and decided to test the product but I did what I needed to do to prevent any further shipments. Its my right not to want to subscribe to a product and if they were a reperable company they would abide by my wishes, the customer and not continue to scam me and play these games that they will reimbursement once my shipment has been received and tell me that my account is being canceled and I would not receive anymore shipments.

This really disheartens my faith in people...we truly need to do something about these people who are just out there to scam us good people who work hard and do our best to be the good people that we are. Please be aware of the scam that this company is performing on us good Hard Working Americans.

I can't beleive what I am reading-it is exactly what happened to me-I did talk with someone on an internet chat-but have actually gotten nowhere! I am filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office, and the BBB. Another one to look out for is the "Maxcleansepro.com" this was a package deal and it is just as bad-they tell me they will send me a refund when I send the pills back. The problem is-I've never seen the trial offer-let alone the second batch I was charged for! It's [censor]!

Here's a "roundabout" way to avoid such scams--

Acai is an excessively abundant provincial berry. It sells for $1 a bottle of freshly squeezed juice at any major Amazon city. 400, 000 lbs of acai berry are sold every day in every major Amazon city. The species (euterpe oleracea) grows in the wild and on plantations by the billions. It is a weed species - the very same one used for hearts-of-palm (you know, the cheap $2.00 cans), a product which kills the fruiting trunk.

You Americans are paying out the ### for this product, marketed by greedy advertising charlatans. They pay next to nothing to acqire their acai product (most of thir cost is -packaging-), and they artificially inflate it's value, by spinning all this washy BS about it being a "superfood" and having superior "health virtue." These unscrupulous US companies (not the native growers/harvesters) are making a killing because they make 500-1000% profit in many cases. It's abhorrent.

They are playing the ignorant public like a fiddle, and giving "health food" a bad name. You all would do better to be skeptical of anything making such claims. Make every effort to understand where things come from, and what it is. That way at least you'll have some persepctive.

On July 27th, I spoke to an online support guy to cancel everything.

Romy: I have gone ahead and cancelled your membership and you WILL NOT be receiving any further shipments or see any further charges.
As per the Terms and Conditions which you indicated that you had read and agreed to before placing your initial order, you were charged the first of three discounted monthly installments of $58.76 for the three month supply of amazing Acai Burn Pills which you have received.
Your cancellation confirmation number is: 303575

Ok fine, they managed to trick me into placing that initial order. But then after July, they kept charging me for ridiclous membership fees, what 2 other fees. And now I can't get support from them online. I have to call some godforsaken overseas number to cancel this again? Or get a refund? I have a funny feeling about this, and I don't think I'm ever gonna get any refund. So I was forced to cancel my credit card today.

This company is nothing but a scam. One big internet con!

i also ordered acai berry detox. i received my order on april 5th. i did get through to speak to a rep who did explain to me that my account would be debited on april 15th if i did not call back to cancel. when ordering this product on web site i did read the fine print at the very very bottom of page which states in 30 days i would be charged 24.95 for a membership fee monthly for a health membership called Live Lean. it also gave a phone number to cancel within 30 before it would be debited from my account. I did not wish to have this service so i attempted to call that phone number several times at which nobody there could find my name to help me cancel this. so at this point i felf very uncomfortable with the whole thing. so today, 4-10-09, i did called acai berry detox back and spoke with someone who did cancel my order. they gave me a cancellation number. I still cant find a legit number to cancel the live lean, so at this point, i just went to my bank and canceled my debit card to be positive that neither of these would be able to access my bank account. this particular company i ordered from was fwm laboratories out of hollywood, florida my advice DONOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Acai Berry Scam on Television Commercial

I ALSO GOT SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY. THIS PRODUCT WAS ADVERTISED ON TELEVISION FOR A FREE TRAIL FOR $3.95. I ORDERED ON MY DEBIT CARD ON 12-10-08 AND NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. I WAS THEN CHARGED $87.13 ON 1-2-09, STILL NOT HAVING RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. I CALLED THE [protected] ON 1-2-09 AND SPOKE TO AN AGENT AND WAS TOLD THEY REFUNDED MY $87.13, BUT WERE NOT ABLE TO REFUND THE $3.95 AS THE PRODUCT WAS MAILED OUT ON 12-27-08. I THOUGHT I WOULD WAIT TO ARGUE THE $3.95 TO SEE IF THE PRODUCT EVER CAME AND I WOULD SEND IT BACK UNOPENED. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND TODAY ON 1-8-09, I SEE THEY REFUNDED $40.00 TO MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I CALL THE [protected], I GET A MESSAGE THAT THE MAILBOX IS FULL. I FINALLY FOUND THAT THE INITIAL NUMBER CALLED SHOWN ON THE $3.95 CHARGE IS DIFFERENT. IT IS [protected]. I CALLED THAT NUMBER IT IS ANSWERED AS SWM LABORATORIES. I SPOKE TO MR. REI. HE TOOK MY COMPLAINT AND SAID HE WOULD FORWARD THIS TO THE BILLING DEPARTMENT AND IF I WAS DUE A REFUND I WOULD SEE IT ON MY CARD IN 7 TO 10 DAYS, EXACTLY WHAT WAS SAID ON 1-2-09. I SAID THAT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND I WANT TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR OR THE BILLING DEPARTMENT. HE WAS UNABLE TO ACCOMADATE ME. I ADVISED HIM THAT I WANT THE $3.95 BACK AS WELL AND HE SAID THEY WERE UNABLE TO REFUND THAT AS IT WENT TO THE SHIPPERS. I SAID THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PRODUCT THAT WAS SHIPPED AND THAT I DO NOT WANT IT NOW, SO I REFUSE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING. HE SAID I COULD READ ABOUT THEIR COMPANY AT LIPOPHEN.COM. UNFORTUATELY, I DID NOT CHECK THIS BEFORE I RELEASED HIM, (THERE IS NO SUCH WEB ADDRESS). I RELEASED HIM WHEN HE SAID I WOULD GET A CALL FROM BILLING WITHIN 24 TO 48 HOURS. I CALLED BACK TO GET AN ADDRESS. SPOKE TO KELLY. BOTH OF THESE AGENTS CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH. I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. I GOT THE SAME WEB ADRESS FROM HER AND TOLD HER IT DOES NOT EXIST. SHE SAID HER SUPERVISOR WAS ENGAGED WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER SO I HELD, BUT AFTER 5 MINS RELEASED. I AM CALLED BACK FOR AN ADDRESS. SPOKE TO RONALD AND HE GAVE ME THE ADDRESS AS SWM LABORATORIES, 2040 N.E. 163RD ST #305 MIAMI BCH, FL 33162. I WAS STILL UNABLE TO ACCESS THE LIPAPHEN.COM WEB ADDRESS, BUT I COULD ACCESS ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS, LIFE-CLEANSE.COM. ANYWAY, HE ASSURED ME SOMEONE WILL RETURN MY CALL WITHIN 24 TO 48 HRS.

I got a hold of a representative, who canceled my order, but prior to that, I could not reach a person. Even though I left a message asking to cancel, which they of course have no record of...they still charged me. They are dishonest, therefore, I am not going to take their product. If they have a good product, they will not need to scam people. Even though I could not get a refund over the phone, I am trying to return what they sent me for a refund. If enough people return the product, they will get what they deserve!

I placed an order as well and have been waiting over 2 weeks for the product, still nothing. When you call them the operators are over seas, it is obvious by the delay, the fact than none of the operators can speak English, AND they do not have any type of contact with their shipping department.
The product seems like it might be good but with the run around I have had before I have enven had a chance to try it is not worth it, so much for customer service.

I'm so mad at myself for buying this product. I bought it in good FAITH as we all did. This is my first and last time I will buy ANY product off the internet. I knew i would be charged $3.95 for shipping. I was charged for this on 12-30-08. I did receive this product. A bottle of 60 capsules. Then on Jan. 16th my card was charged for $87.13 and another charge for Int'l fee for $1.74. Oh, this pist me off. I called the first number [protected] and waited to talk to a person. After 10-15 min. I talked to a Ryan Adams. A Mid-Eastern Accent, So Called Employee that gave me a, So call employe # 1028192. He said to me that he put in for a refund of 87.13 and that I would get a confirmation Number via e-mail. Well I wasn't happy with this. So I called the number that I thought I bought theis product from [protected]. Out of Florida. Again I waited 15 min before I talked to The So Call Ryan Adams With the Middle Eastern Accent. He answered the phone and it was obvious to me that is was the same person. He confirmed that we had talked and that he put in for my Refund... Excuse my spelling, I'm so pist... Two Things, Friends.. One, Go to your bank and change your card... Two, Be-Ware if you choose to do business or BUY on Line... FOR ME, I WILL NOT. I WILL STAY OLD SCHOOL. IF I CAN'T BUY IT WITH CASH, I DON'T NEED IT... L. Thompson

On 1/15/09- I not only got scammed with one payment of 87.13 but they hit me again two weeks later for 87.13.. after I had already canceled my order. I am going to cancel this credit card and initiate fraud charges against the lab through my bank. Yea, 174.26 for a product that is supposed to be a "free" trial.. And doesn't seem to work.

I ordered mine online and the same thing happened ... hardly understand them and then they totally ignore the fact that I wanted my money back ($87.13). So much for free trial! I also started to receive phoncalls right after I placed the order urging me to call them back and to get with whoever is calling to get me to buy some more of their sham product. Watch your account - it worries me that they have my account information and can charge at any time whatever they want!

I was scammed in the same way. I did receive the product after about 3 weeks but had already been charged the $87.13 before I received it. When I called they said that the two week trial period was up and that I didn't cancel the account so that is why I was charged. I asked how I could have tried the product for the first two weeks when I didn't receive it until 3 weeks later? They just gave me the run around and didn't answer the question.
This is a very bad company to deal with. They told me they would refund my money in seven to ten days so I'll have to wait to see what happens. I cancelled two days ago. It is SWM Laboratories. Very shady to say the least. Hold on to your money.

Acai Berry debiting account without recieving products and refusing to refund money

I ordered a free trial of the product and never recieved the product, but my account has been debited several times for the full purchase price of the product. When i called the phone number [protected]) to request my account be credited they told me they are a no refund company. Now especially since i never recieved the products i feel i have every right to a refund. If i'd received the trial offer i could've cancelled in the 14 days but i never recieved and was waiting for my trial bottle. They've taken $89.31 two times from my account. If anyone is reading this DO NOT order from these people or try their product it is a scam and a ripoff. Shannon

I recieved my free trial and didn't feel like it did anything. I called [protected] which is the number that showed up on my bank statement when the shipping and handling charge came through. I also recieved a free trial of the 30 Day Slim and had to cancel it also. That number was [protected]. The connection was terrible and I had to speak very slowly. Be sure to write down the cancellation number for each and if they continue to charge your accounts file a fraud report at your bank and change all debit, check cards and credit cards.

Acai Berry constant account charging

I have been dealing with my bank for a week about this company. Currently there is a claim pending while my bank investigates this company. I ordered a free 30-day trial supply of this supplement with only cost being S & H ($5.95). Well, read the fine print. I also enrolled myself for online support, etc. while company is charging me upwards of $200.00 as of right now. Beware because you will get billings from other companies for your "support". www.fit-fac.com and bodydetoxonline. I tried using 800 numbers (bogus numbers) and tried online canceling only to find out that the links are all dead!

I signed up for the 30 day free trial of Acai Berry supplement. I experienced very bad stomach cramping, so I mailed the supplement back on 2/23/09 with a letter notifying them I did not want this product. Today, 2/27/09, I was online checking my credit card and noticed there was a charge on 2/24/09 for $79.96 for another month's order. I called the number listed above just a few minutes ago and the representative would not work with me, and asked if I wanted to speak to her supervisor. I waited on the line for 4 minutes and then was disconnected. I want my name, credit card, and any further orders removed .

Please Advise,

I requested the "free sample" (30 days worth) of the Acai Berry supplement and called within 30 days to cancel participation in their program so that I would not receive any future shipments. That afternoon I checked my account to find out that I had already been charged $40.00. I called the toll free customer service line to request a refund since I believed that I was following procedure in cancelling within 30 days to find out that the consumer only has 14 days to cancel or they are charged for the "free sample". NO LONGER FREE in my book. My complaint is not only due to the charge of the 'free sample' however, but also due to the fact that while this company is based in the United States (Florida to be specific) the only people that I could speak with were rude, condescending and could not speak English very well. I spoke with both the individual who answered the phone and then with a supervisor and had the same issues of rudeness and language problems. When I asked to then speak with the next level supervisor I was told that the next level was the manager/owner of the company and that this individual was not available to me. I was not given the opportunity to speak with a secretary or anyone. This is EXTREMELY Poor Customer Service if I have ever experienced it.

Call your bank and file a fraudulant claim due to the unauthorized transaction. My account is being credited the $88.55 within a day or two and my bank is going to follow up on an investigation. My banker tried all the customer service numbers while I was on the phone and wouldn't you know...no answer. All my e-mails have been sent back to me as well. Also...order a new visa/mastercard! You do not want this company having access to your account. They may try charging you monthly. Good Luck!

I ordered 30-day trial offer for acai berry supplement - Free!
I was billed on my credit card for 1 bottle in April and 2 bottles on my March statement. The total was $251.78 - being refuted by Capital One. I returned to sender the first bottle that came by mail. It was returned again, so I opened the envelope to get phone numbers or an invoice so I could respond to the company. There was nothing in there with any information for returning, and I didn't know they had charged my account without my approval!

I thought I was paying "shipping only" for a free bottle sample of powdered Acai berry from Advanced Wellness Research. I did not see the terms in small print which would have told me that if I didn't contact them within 14 days OF SHIPPING, that I would be charged $78.81 for this small 60 capsule bottle of powdered Acai berry.

I was puzzled when I got a second shipment of the stuff, because I hadn't ordered it. Then my credit card bill showed another charge of $83.80. I called the company, which took forever to answer. But while they said they would refund the second charge, if I sent back the second bottle, they refused to do anything about the first charge.

I feel that the advertising is deceptive and unclear. Plus, some capsules in that first bottle were defective and not even filled with much of the powdered berry.

Buyer, beware!

Product not worth 139.00. Was unaware of the charge. Signed up for free trial bottle and expected only the 3.92 SH charge. Was charged 139.97 and no phone number to call and cancel. Terms and conditions state only 10 days to cancel but did not list a phone number. package arrived and sent back. Again I was charged another 139.97 two months later and another package sent to me. I refused the order and was able to track down a phone number after many calls to my bank. When I did talk with someone - they were very rude and hung up on me. I was able to get back through and talk with a supposed supervisor who would only authorize a 50 dollar refund. When I told her I was going to report them and dispute it with my bank, she said I was now not going to get anything back. She did walk me through the online page to cancel the order. www.xmorders.com list her name Rosa and PW "online". Hope that helps others. I am out just under 300 dollars. NOT happy with them at all!

I was just charged $29.95 for something at a website that I never visited and therefore never puchased anything from . I did, however, request a "free sample" of the Acai berry supplement that was advertised on Oprah and authorized the shipping charges of $3.95. No where in the disclaimer did it mention an additional charge of $29.95 for this "free" offer. I would like this charge refunded immediately to my creidt card and plan to follow up with my bank and have this listed as a fraudulent charge and may contact the appropriate authorites. I am also going to email the "Oprah" website so they are aware of this website and how they are ripping people off.

I ordered a bottle or acai berry supplement it said on the site $free trial for $ 5.95 only. It never said any where in 10 days i would be charge $78.83 and then2 weeks later i received more pills and charged my acct with another $ 83.00. the rep on the phone said it was in the terms ( i never saw any) and no where did it say it was automatic every month either. SOO I filed a complaint with the Attorney general in my state (NY) and then called my bank and they canceled my card. if its credit they can put a stop on the acct from a particular person or Company from deducting any more money, if its Debit from your checking they will close the acct or cancel the debit card which is where im headed for now. good luck and everyone should should be filing complaints so these people dont keep scamming you.

Acai Berry SCAM

I signed up for a free 14 day trial for Acai berry melt away tabs. It cost about $2 for shipping and handling. Then over a month later I was charged $89.31. Without my consent or knowledge, apparently I was now signed up for a membership and the $89.31 bottle of merely 60 pills is also NON-refundable! Furthermore, my bank (Wachovia) will not dispute it because I un-knowingly signed up for a membership and Wachovia conveniently doesn't dispute memberships. It was a very skimpy holiday season, seeing that I'm a broke 20 y/o college student, now being bombarded with over-draft fees and ridiculously expensive Melt Away Tablets, which really don't do anything to begin with, except taste good.

Extreme Acai Berry is a complete scam, way over priced, and they're anything BUT a product sold for the benefit of humans and health purposes. They're nothing but a very expensive scam. I urge you not to cave into their false advertisement!

I ordered the free trial and paid the shipping and handling and then began receiving monthly bottles of the product, UNSOLICITED! I called my credit card company and finally got the correct phone number to cancel further deliveries. After getting the run around from a CSR in India they agreed to refund one month. I asked for the address of the company so I could pursue it further and was told that they were not at liberty to share that information. I was astonished. Afterall, if the company is reputable then what would they have to fear? It's obvious to me that the company is not so reputable because they do not even identify themselves on their bottle. No business name, no address, not even so much as the location of the manufacturing site. I feel so stupid, and I am an educated, savvy individual. I guess, NOT SO MUCH!

Arlene,
You are not stupid. You aren't dealing with a company. You are dealing with a group of Scam Artist that move from State to State with a bogus product and a bogus address.

They're taking advantage of us who do business for years on the internet and have not have a problem until now. They are the stupid ones. One goes around, comes around! But for them, it's jail time.

They are stupid and I'm sure they have been stupid all their lives for taking advantage of good hearted people like us. Stupid crooks that have nothing better to do!

All I can tell you is to press charges. Makes a stronger case and they are being investigated as We speak.

ic3.gov deals with criminal activity such as this. You can file charges on their website. No hassle.

I agree with you, DO NOT FALL FOT THESE SCAMS, there are NO FREE TRIALS. They got me two months in a row because Wachovia would not dispute it for me and I could not reach them to cancel. They don't answer the phones during business hours. They are horrible people scamming us like that, but never fear, crooks will go down in the end.

Acai Berry Unauthorized charge to my Visa and inability to contact to resolve

The number above worked only once on 12/22/08 for me when I reached a guy named "John" who gave me a cancellation notice. However, he would not remove the second transaction fee saying that I should receive and return the bottle of ACAI Berry and then would get a refund. Since then I have never been able to connect to anyone at this number, have not received the product and when I attept to send an email to some ACAI Berry address I found on Google, I get "delivery cannot be made" errors. I found a number of other users with this compliant so I'm assuming this company is not reputable...?
Any help is appreciated, thank you,

Acai Berry UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWAL

The Acai Berry pro was shipped from Advanced Wellness Research Inc, 3 17th Ave S, Nampa, ID [protected] but the company name on the bottle says Miami Beach, Florida.

I ordered the "free" trial of this product and the "free" 30 day supply of Colon xR and was ask to only pay shipping. It arrived and I have not used it, but my checking account was debited the shipping charges and an unexpected $78.00 and another $78.00 from the Colon xR (for nothing) and $78.00 from the Acai Berry. I looked online and found this is happening to lots of people and I really feel dumb. I went to the bank and they were able to contact Acai Berry and they said there were a certain number of days to return it and the information was on their website. I went home and searched the website and in my opinion the only way in the world to know it wouldn't be the free product would be to read the "Refund and Exchange Policy" at the bottom of the page. Why would anyone look at a Refund and Exchange Policy unless they had purchased a product and wanted a refund or exchange? I did not purchase a "free product", I paid shipping and had no idea I would have to cover the entire website to see if their were strings attached. If there were stipulations about the free offer it should have been clearly visible in the area that needs to be filled out for the free product. The way this offer was presented in their website seems to me to be fraudulent and/or misleading. When I returned home from the bank the Acai Berry person sent an email that said he will credit my account $20.00, I wrote back and told him I wanted all of my money back and would send the pills back (none were used). I haven't heard anything but did file unauthorized transfers at my bank for all three unauthorized transfers of money from my account and tomorrow I will be contacting the Attorney General of my state and the Attorney General for the state of Florida. I did a little research and found the same person owns both companies and his name is Nicholas Molina and is from Miami, Florida. Next I will contact the better business bureau for both states and the Consumers affairs division for Florida. Oh, and the Attorney General and better business bureau for Nampa, Id. SO FAR that is all I've thought of. I am elderly and this made my banking account overdrawn and I am really mad!

I ordered a bottle of Acai berry pro through the free trial thing… I was charged $83.30 four times! I tried emailing and got quick responses saying I was only charged for one and the others were cancelled yet the charges are still on my account. I’ve even called my bank! Its been a week and I’m still trying to dispute the charges to get my money back! I have 3 co/workers that recommended these pills and are taking them… one lost 14llbs in 3 weeks with exercise and the others have lost a lot too… I do want to take them but I’m still trying to get my money back! My advice is to make sure you only enter your information ONE TIME… it doesn’t say order confirmed or that they even submitted your order so if you do enter your info then check your bank account later… it’ll save yourself the hassle that I’m going through

This company advertises that you can try a 14 day free trial and unless you read the fine print hidden on their page you do not know that they are going to ship you a 30 day trial and if they don't hear from you within 14 days they will credit the 4.99 and charge you 70.00 plus. They also continue shipping and charging you 80.00 plus a month. When you call to complain they are less than friendly.

What a scam! I ordered the FREE product with only $4.95 postage payable. On my credit card account an amount of $39.99 (CAN$51.24) appreared. I have had the run a round both on the telephone and by email with this company for weeks. They have eventually, after being threatened with legal action, agreed to refund me $20! Do not fall for this scam, especially if you don't live in the USA!

This is a total scam!
It took my package 10 days to arrive. When I tried to cancel my trial order, they had told me that it is a 14-day trial from the time that you place your order. That gave me a total 0f 4 days to decide. By the time I called, it was day 15 on a Monday, they had told me that the trial period was over, and that they would not return my money that they had taken out of my credit card. Two payments of $169 (one for the Acai Berry and one for the colon pills. They told me that the trial period is for the membership and not for the pills.
What does that even mean? They were very unprofessional on the phone and would not let talk to a sup until a good 40 minutes or so. The person on the phone told me that they would get a demerit if they put their sup on the phone. Like I give a crap!
Overall, this company sucks and are scamming many people like you and me.
Call the BBB asap.

I have since spoken to a rep from UPS and they have a privacy clause all she could give me was the name of the company which is TZ Fulfillment out of New Jersey. WHy people can't be honest. I was told you will only pay for shipping and that was going to be $5 but the lady said in the coupon code type "halfship" and you will only pay half which my total them came to be $1.97 i was happy i asked no hidden charges no reaccuring charges. NO there's not. Low and behold when i look at my account I was charged $80.33. Acai Berry Pro staff can kiss my a** !

I ordered the FREE TRIAL of the product Pure Acai Berry. It arrived here and I took one capsule and found I could not tolerate it. I was billed $78.81 for the capsules and $5.10 for transaction fee . Now I've also been billed on my charge card for $83.80 for something I did not order. I never saw anything about the 14 day trial period nor did I read anything about the charge of $78.81.

Acai Berry only ordered free supply-pay S&H

I only ordered free supply of Colo-Pure to pay Shipping & Handling for 5.95.
After receiving my credit card bill, I was charged 2 charges of 29.95.
I decided to just pay that for my stupidity - Then another charge showed up
on next bill for $29.95. I disputed it with a letter to credit card compnay.
Then I called to see what else had been charged. There were TWO more
charges from same company for $39.95 and $38.95 on Dec 27th.
DO NO CHARGE ANTHING ELSE TO MY CARD.

I also ordered the colonpure. Only I was charged 89.95 for every shipment. I have since closed the card that it was charging against. I also returned the product but didn't do it with their authorization and probably won't receive a refund. However, if I receive anymore shipments, I won't be returning them. and since the card is closed they won't get paid. Do NOT order samples from any company, unless you immediately go in and cancel your order. This was a very expensive mistake for me. Learn from it!

Acai Berry fraud

After receuvung several unexplained charges to our credit card, a call was finally made to the telephone number listed on back of the Acai Berry bottle. During the first call, it was explained nothing could be done without the operator filling out some "form" and that a call back should be made in 30 minutes. No one answered that return call. A second call was made later that evening and I firmly told them to take our name off the list, do not send any further product nor charge our card for anything. I was assured it would be done. The next day our credit card company fraud department called with information on suspicious activity...of course is was the Acai Berry/Total Cleanse company billing our card for something. DO NOT sign up for the product. YOU WILL be ripped off and have to go through the hassel of canceling your credit cards in order to end this nightmare.

This company is the worst of the worst. This company just takes peoples money, that's all they care about. I sent for a free trial when I received it I cancelled it with in 3 days, I also sent the product back. I checked my bank account and they took out $140 yesterday. I called them I also spoke to a supervisor all they did was give me the run around. This company is a "FRAUD". I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I also opted for the so called 'free trial' from a US based website and was charged. When they arrived they had been sent from an english company based in the west midlands. I have just noticed that a company called realdaystore have taken £50 from my bank account. I have had to cancel my bank card and make a fraudlent complaint, so much hassle, my advice STAY AWAY from these sites.

Acai Berry could not cancel

I ordered the *free* trial offer of Acai Berry Blast that showed up in a brown package with just my address and the pill bottle inside with no information. I was completly unsatisfied with the product that was supposed to give you energy and help you lose weight.
When I called to cancel no one answered the phone, it kept routing me from line to line with no answer. Finally I called the sales department after 4 hours of trying to reach someone at customer service, I waited another 20 minutes before I reached someone in customer service where they told me I could not cancel by telephone (which it clearly states in thier terms and conditions to call and cancel before the next shipment can be billed) I had to go to a website and submit a ticket. I was confused why I couldn't cancel by phone but so irritated that I had spent all morning trying to cancel that I didn't put up much of a fight. The web address that they gave me did not work. I called back and waited another hour before I could reached someone and they gave me another web address that seemingly had nothing to do with the other.
Irritated I called my bank and told them what was going on, I was immediatly advised to cancel my debit card, the person I talked to at my bank said they were giving me the run around and it looked like a scam, If they wanted the cancelation fee they could reach me by phone.
They called when thier charges did not go through on my card, and wanted another card to put it on, they said they could not send me an invioce by mail because they "don't do that", also telling me they were charging me for another bottle because I had failed to cancel my account in the given time period.
I am at a loss what to do with these people, they make it impossible to cancel, or even reach anyone who is helpful in assisting you.
I can say I am never doing a Free Trial offer with anything again, its totally bogus.

www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov. Click on Complaint Assistant and fill out the form. The more people who do, the more they will hear and begin to seriously investigate this company, their business practices, and its relationship with China. I am so not happy with what I just went through, and the fact that I spent a countless amount of time talking to unconcerned individuals who knew they would never do any of things they said. No cancellations, no refund departments, nothing. I got names and employee ID numbers, but no one can ever locate the employee, no one ever made any notes in the system, and all the emails come from a gmail account. Absolutely horrifying. I am glad I used a card that I could easily cancel without disrupting my day to day financial life. For internet purchases, I would advise all to do the same.

hello, another person scammed by the acai berry stuff. I ordered the Elite Acai Blast 15 day trial and got it within three days. I was surprised but the two days I took the pills I was sick to my stomach, had bad stomach cramps, trouble sleeping and other discomforts. They also charded me a different amount than what they said on their web site. I tried calling and couldn't get ahold of anybody for a few days so I canceled my card. when I called the third day I did get a hold of someone but they told me they don't do refunds except on the trial. I pointed out that their refund and exchange policy says a refund on all products within 15 days of being shipped out an doesn't mention it only applying to trials. So I asked for a return merchandize Authorization number and they wouldn't give me one because they insisted they didn't do refunds, so I'm doing a fraud investigation with the bank and getting the B.B.B. and AG involved. I'm also finding out if there are any class action lawsuites involving the company. In the end I win, they loose.

This is also my problem. I recieved the 15 day free trial product on the 14th day. I had already made arrangements by phone and told the operater that I was going to send the product back. I recieved the product in a plain brown box, with information inside, I mailed it back and they have not credited my account. They withdrew the money on the 15th day which was the next day after recieving the product in the first place.
I tried calling the toll free number that was referenced on my account number [protected]). The number is automated and it answers as the Louisiana Department of Revenue, saying that it will route me to a representative, it never does. After a few seconds of holding it just hangs up on me. Now I don't know what to do. The only reason I was cancelling is because I found the product in the store for much, much cheaper than the 82.00 that they charged me.
I don't know what else to do. Frustrated and Angry

i m d latest victim of this acai berry blast. it stated that they will charged only shipping which is USD5.95 or something but instead i was charged USD59.90 for d acai berry blast & colon cleansing something - to be taken together for better effect. it stated there a 30 day money back guarantee. when i finally received the package & stated FROM CHINA?! & d bottles don't even resemble those on the website & i got suspicious! i did not consume any of the pills. i thought, [censored] i got cheated but because its already been charged to my card, i told myself thats it i will not order online again! it just so happen i was doing online banking n checked my statements n then BAM! a charge of USD159.90 from CHINA?! i got really suspicious & tried to contact my bank immediately. as i m on holiday in singapore & my card is issued in dubai, i had to make many international calls trying to get my card blocked immediately! as many of u already did.. i did d same! i emailed them n get no reply! now im liaising with my bank making all this unnecessary international calls n faxes for this dispute! PLEASE CALL YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY TO BLOCK YOUR CARD! thats d best solution.

Hi all! sad to say that I am in the same exact situation. I've received my "free" trial and I payed the shipment fee. Then I got this e-mail saying that since they've not heard from me, they'd charge me $80 more.
So, I started trying to contact them by e-mail and by phone. Like you all, NO ANSWER... After that I got another e-mail abot some membership, the next shipping and of course, MORE CHARGES. I received the second bottle, with no sender information, etc, etc. I wnet to the bank to cancel the charge, and they did so, but I cant' keep getting the pills, the e-mails informing me about the charge and going to the bank to cancel them... becuase nobody is answering the phone or returning the calls and e-mails.
I feel so stupid but all I want to to do now is to cancel that "membership". If somebody can, please tell me how: paurdz@hotmail.com I don't want to block my credit card...

Hi Everyone
I too have been scammed! I have been charged around nearly 3oo Euro and received nothing. I have contacted them by email and also phoned them but no one ever gets back to me. I only get a auto email which Congradulates me on purchasing more Acai Berry.
I am so annoyed.
I have cancelled my Visa but the last payment still went through as I think it has to do with overseas and the time difference it takes to come out of the account!
I have emailed and emailed..
We have all been scammed!. It makes me so mad.
I work so hard for my money and to think some lazy idiot is stealing from us all

Acai Berry FREE TRIAL IS A SCAM!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE! SCAMMERS ARE GAINING ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY OFFERING A "RISK FREE TRIAL" OF THEIR PRODUCT BY SIMPLY PAYING THE SHIPPING. AFTER ENTERING YOUR CARD NUMBER, YOU ARE SHIPPED THE FREE PRODUCT.

MANY SITES LOOK LEGITIMATE AND CLAIM TO HAVE BEEN ENDORSED BY CELEBRITIES, SUCH AS OPRAH AND MAY EVEN HAVE FAKE TESTIMONIALS FROM PEOPLE CLAIMING TO HAVE USED THE PRODUCT.

LESS THAN 1 MONTH LATER, I STARTED GETTING CHARGES ON MY CARD FROM MULTIPLE COMPANIES FOR RANDOM AMOUNTS. SUPPOSEDLY I AM BEING BILLED FOR A MEMBERSHIP, BUT I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY MORE PRODUCT.

AFTER CALLING THEM, I AM PROMISED REFUNDS WHILE GETTING MORE CHARGES. I HAD TO FREEZE MY ACCOUNT AND HAVE NEW DEBIT CARDS ISSUED.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM! DON'T ENTER YOUR CARD FOR ANYTHING THAT YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT ESPECIALLY IF IT IS NOT THROUGH A SECURE SERVER. I HAVE LOST OVER $500 FROM THESE SCAMS.

IF IT IS TRULY A "RISK FREE TRIAL" THEN YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING!

SOME TO AVOID:

COLOTOX, ACAI BERRY, BOWTROL, ACAI PURE, ACAI BURN, ACAI BERRY SUPREME, ACAI BERRY 500,

I do not think that you are really being honest. There are plenty of good acai berry products out there. It clearly states on the website that it is a "free trial offer" that means if you do not call them to cancel it then they bill you. Acai Berry is a awesome product and you will lose tons of weight but you just gotta read the fine print. Please go to this site if you want to read a honest review and, the products listed on the site are great and they will help you to lose weight. http://www.awesomefastweightlosssecrets.com
