I received my Visa statement today and there is a charge for $44.85. I did NOT order this and I will not pay it. I was to be charged only for the shipping cost of $4.95 for a FREE sample of Acaipure. Today is 12/4/08 at 3:55 pm.
I have tried to call and am on HOLD for over an hour. This charge will not be accepted. What kind of scam are you into? I want a credit to my Visa and a confirmation of that credit by mail and I will not wait--I want that credit to my account now and the confirmation now. I simply will not put up with this. I also was charged for product I didn't order. I have tried calling and never got through. I think this is a scam.

I ordered the trial bottle of capsules only and was charged for three products on my bank card.
I contacted them by phone and email no response came back and I also returned the products
for a refund. My bank card was charged again and I couldn, t get in touch with them. You can't
ever leave a message or talk to a customer service person.

I accessed the site for a free trial. I got no email confirmation of trial, then starrted to receive products.
I have tried the web site to return, I never seem to have enough information to get through on "Contact Us"
I have tried to call, I wait about an hour on hold then I am disconnected.

I am an online shopper and this is my first encounter with such a shady operation.

Please advise or add me to a class action against these people.

The above web site is what they gave me from888 - 692 - 8352. . . I have a charge of $39. 95 and for what i don't know
They have a charge $1. 95 which is correct. . A few days after that they have this$ 39. 95 charged on the 11 / 08
I tried calling them but this is the web site they directed me to. . . They only had the above phone no. And az. I read some of the other complaints and this has surely told me not to order things on line anymore. Betty kelley

I have had the same thing happen to me. I have not been successful in reaching them to get this scam stopped. Is there any other phone number you might have that I can try.

I call and the wait time is 70-80 minutes or they are closed.

Call your credit card company and ask for the fraud division.
I did and got all charges reversed.

Offered free trial of natural cleanser for shipping only - they sent two other productas totaling 44. O return you have to contact them for a rma number - their phone lines are always busy - i waited one hour and 20 minutes to be put on phold again for twenty minutes. Finally receiving a rma number - i had to pay to ship the package back to them. Then i had a usps confirmation number claiming it was received but then you could not get through to make varification - phone lines were not working.

I, too, got scammed! Can't get them on phone so I've tried emailing - waiting for response. Haven't received any product and plan to advise my credit card company to file a dispute.

I ordered a free sample supply of AcaiPure with no further order requested. I received an unordered, STILL UNOPENED) container, with two billings on my credit card in the amounts of $39.95 and $44.90. I do not want this product nor do I want to be on their list.

I plan to call my credit card and report this action.

Same as others. Free trial turned out to be extra unordered products totaling $44. 85 and the next month automatic 39. 95. I put these charges in dispute with my credit company and sent items back posted with 'signature confirmation' receipt.
When i'm through the 'free' trial will have cost me at least $20. 00.

This compay is a scam. I order the 4.95 free trail offer and then there is a 39.95 debit pending to come out of my checking account without my permission. I called the 888 number today at least 6 times and was on hold for 141 minutes before I was able to sepak with someone. The operator was RUDE and SMART. She told me that I didn't read the terms and conditions and if I wanted my 39.95 back I would have to send in 32 pills and the package would have to be postmarked by this Thurs. Dec 4th, and if not I would be out of the 39.95. This is ridiculous. Hoe can they debit your account without permission, I thought that all I was purchasing was a FREE TRIAL. WE have to do something about this company. I only purchased teh trial because that stated that Oprah recommened it, I do not think Oprah would do this to people, at least I hope not.

I also gave into the free trial of $4.95 and then my bank was charged $44.85 that was three weeks ago . I still as of december 1st have no product. Everytime I call the phone number that is on my bank statement the hold time due to the populairty is alys over an hour. I have waited to talk to someone because I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. all i get is a busy signal at the end of the waitin time. I also cannot find the original web site i went through ans there was no hidden fees. This web site is a scam and I wish there was a way to stop these people.

I requested free trial order with the only charges being the shipping and handling fee. However, when I received the merchandise I found that I been billed for 2 additional items that I did not approve. I received items that I do not know anything about and was charged in excess to 4.95 (shipping/handling) a sum of 39.90 bringing my total to 44.85. I have tried to contact the company several times but I just get a voice mail indicating that I have some ridiculous wait time of 90 minutes or more before being able to speak to someone in customer service. I believe that it is time to shut these frauds down. People are working too hard to earn a living just to have crooks like Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. rob them out their hard earned monies. I approved $4.95 not $44.85. I was really shocked when I received the sales receipt. I still don't know they were able get more monies than I approved.

I too have been scammed by a fraudulent company. I have already been billed twice for 'crap' I did not order. I have tried calling and was told there was a 73 minute wait.
I have tried emailing, but because I did not have the order # the email would not go through. I am going to have to close my account in order to stop them from debiting my account every two weeks.

I ordered a FREE trial of Acaipure, just pay the shipping and handling fee of $4.95. To my surprise when it arrived there were two other products in there that I did not order, and a charge or $44.85. I was pisssed. I went to send it back and get a refund, when I read the fine print look what you have to do to get a refund...All refunds subject to a 15% restocking fee, Returned merchandise requires a delivery confirmation from the shipping provider (means send it back registered mail) you have to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) by calling [protected], and STAYING ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES... and then call the 1-888 number again after 4 day's and they will talk to you and supposedly give you a credit... And refunds will not be made if you mark return to sender on the envelope and ship it back. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company, I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN...

I ordere a trial on the product and was suppose to be charged only $4.94 for shipping, I was not charged for the $4.95 but charged two times, once at $39.95 another for $41.95 on these items I did not order. I tryed to contact them by phone several times and the wait was up to eighty minutes. I have a cell phone and could not stay on for that long. I also tried to e-mail them with no prevail. this company should loose its license,

The same thing happend to me they are taking out 44.85 out my account when i only accepted because i was only suppose to pay for shipping! This is fraud n im sitting on hold and will be causing someone out today.

I have called my credit card company and have reported them! Do to this im having to cancell my card and get a new one! Thankyou to all your comments i was able to do this before they took any more money out my account. This company needs to be stopped or they will continue to do this!

I have a charge on my VISA card for $41.85. Never rec'd any product.Was an unauthorized transaction. Tried to call company several times only to hear the weight was 86 or 87 minutes.

I also had to cancel my card to keep them from charging it again, I held for 50 minutes to talk to them, and my bank officer heard the whole conversation telling them, they did not have authorization to charge the card.
They are awful. Crooks!

I have had numerous charges to my account for the same reason. $38.95, 45.85, 89.31, 8.51 They just keep coming. I have called them, and have waited on hold forever. Emailed them to no avail. They are draining my account. I am at a loss in what to do!

Everything that has happened to the above customers has happened to me. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I also had to close my American Express Account and reopened with a new number to end this nightmare!

I have been billed again for the product. I have not received the product nor do I ever want to receive it.
I have contacted my credit card company to dispute this and I want you to remove my name from anymore charges.
Please stop charging me for this product that I do not have.

I think they use different ads every few days. When I ordered there was no fine print any where. I looked very hard for it because I wanted to know if this was going to be one of those on going things. I couldn't see any place to indicate that. There was not 2 boxes with check marks in them either any place. I looked at my bank account the next day and there was a pre authorization charge of 44.85 to Costanutricals. I put a stop payment on that right away. 2 days later a charge came in from acipure for 44.85. Since I hadn't stopped that I got hit for it. The bank did refund my stop payment fee but said I would have to fight the company for the refund since I used my debit card. I canceled the card and am waiting for a new one. I have tried to cal, no luck, no luck with e-mails plus nothing has arrived yet. It has been 3 weeks. I guess it is a lesson learned. At least they can't charge me for any more. To the people calling us stupid and asking if we can't read, it simply was not there on that day.I believe this is how they get you.

Every complaint posted about this product is absolutely true. I am so pissed at myself for believing in this and will have to cancel my debit card so that no additional charges will occur.

What you probably didn't notice is that there was advertising for 2 additional Hoodia products that you could "add" to your order. However, the boxes were already checked and you had to click on them to take that product off your order. I noticed this just as I hit the submit button. I tried to cancel that order but they almost immediately charged my credit card. They also don't respond to e-mails.

I also have had the same problems & rip-off of my small & limited fixed income money taken from my credit card as well, I've called at least 13 times (isn't that ridiculous?)kept on hold for at least 1hour & 53 minutes, this has got to stop, were in america not siberia or red china or even russia for that matter. I guess after reading about others I am left with no choice but to call my assemblyman & the attorney general of arizona where these ripoff scam artist are supposedly located.

Ordered trial sample. Now company has sarted charging my bank account $44.90 every three weeks. I have been unable to contact anyone at AcaiPure to stop the charges. My bank tells me I need to pay a fee to block this company from accessing my account.

The same thing happen to me.
They promised me that I would only pay for the s&h and charged me 44.95.
I contacted my bank. Refunds can not be given through my back until I get the product and send it back with a tracking number.
To no suprise I have not received my product it has been over 3 weeks now.
They have to be stopped, how can this be done.

I have called and called, send emails and nothing happened. Just kept charging my credit card over and over. Why haven't these people been stopped. It is clearly a big rip-off and scam.

Same Problem, What a scam this company is. I had to change my acct. information to stop them from charging my account. We should start a class action suit. The letter initially received also said you cannot return the extra product they sent without an authorization #, which is impossible to get because hold times were over an hour. I stayed on the line for 50 minutes and still did not get a representaive. They also stated that I would be charged a 15% restocking fee for returning the product I did not order. Complete scam.
Oprah should be ashamed, they should be arrested for credit card fraud.
Class Action Suit.

I too ordered the free trial of AcaiPure. I ordered on 11/18 and I have not received anything as of 12/2. The phone number provided has a wait list of approx. 85 minutes - thus using my cell phone minutes - the support@centralcoastnutra.net comes to this site for complaints. I've blocked any withdrawals from my account and am frustrated with trying to contact them to cancel. Any advice as to how to cancel AcaiPure?
